I checked in 20th October and will be checkout by tomorrow. The room I stayed (330) was quite comfortable. The price is not too high compare to other hotels and services. Very good services provided by reception, restaurant and housekeeping.

It was very nice experience in ibis styles Hotel in dubai. The service is too good and the staff member was also good in the reception and the breakfast was amazing in the morning. Housekeeping staffs are attentive. They made our room is cleaned.

Joice from reception, i have never felt offended as i felt while talking to you. you decided not to treat me like you treat guests around me just because i have the same job of yours. you spoke to me in a tone completely different that the people around me in the same spot. i am so disgusted and disappointed not from you because I could see the level of your attitude, but to the manager who trusted you to be the image of Accor. Joice has no clue about how to be a hotelier or even to be polite. I have used my accor membership, but i did not receive the survey or the stay did not appear in my application. I am publicly requesting the hotel to be honest enough and send me the survey which is my right to say my opinion to Accor. I have nothing to say more than that you are racist hotel and your treatment was all about where i work and where i come from. i have never felt more disrespected than staying at your hotel.
