My wife and I stayed at the 4 star 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord on a Eurostar three night stay B&B in a medium room. The location of the hotel is right across the street from the train station, and right next to bars, restaurants, and a taxi stand. The first night we were checked into what I would consider a hotel box-room (room 110), with no chair to sit on only a small double bed, absolutely no space to place our bags, so had be on a limited space on the floor, and a small shower room. Anyway, we had a limited amount of time to complain upon arrival, as we had booked to see the Moulin Rouge that evening. Later that evening when we returned to our room from the show, we tried to settle down to sleep for the night. However, our stress was compounded by a continual scratching noise coming from behind the shelf under to wall mounted tv. There was obviously mice or rats living in the walls of the hotel room. The next morning we expressed our dissatisfaction to the Duty Manager at the hotel reception, and he said we could move to another room. Later that day when we returned to the hotel and sure enough our things had been moved to a more satisfactory room (room 434). This room was like almost double the size of the previous room, but the Duty Manager assured me it was of the same standard. Thereby, we considered that we had been short-changed on the first night and asked to see the Hotel Manager to complain. The Duty Manager said he would speak to the Manager, and let us know. Unfortunately, on the next day there was no message waiting for us at reception. We were too busy, and proud to chase after the hotel management for any compensation, and left very unhappy. Overall I would rate this hotel no higher than a two star, and only hope they employ a good pest control company as soon as possible.

Be very careful if booking with kids. I paid around £400 per person for a room and Eurostar for myself, my wife and 4 year old son. We found out that even though we paid equal amounts, they expected us to stay in one bed! I questioned this with 25 Hours Hotel and they put a massive pullout bed in a room for our little boy. When we checked in the receptionist confirmed there will be no extra charge for this, but they needed to take a 100 euro deposit (but confirmed it would be returned at check out) when we came to check out, a different receptionist said we needed to pay for the fold out bed plud taxes, coming to 95 euros and it's taken from our deposit! The room was crampt and the view was terrible, if I was told when we checked in that we would be charged, I'd have asked to change room. Really disappointed. But on a positive note, the breakfasts were great.

Went to 25hr for our 37th wedding anniversary and what a stay. From arrival to departure this was one of the friendliest and cleanest hotels that we have ever stayed in. On arrival we were greeted with a complimentary drink each and a room upgrade and wow what a room everything was spotlessly clean with a huge comfy bed , great views and a complimentary mini bar (what more can you ask) also a great all you can eat breakfast that set us up for the rest of the day, We will definitely be back. Once again thankyou for a wonderful stay.

I was visiting Paris with 2 colleagues. We had a great time during the days and much was because the great impression we got by our hotel and them accommodating us in various ways. Special shout-outs to their frontdesk organiser MD, who went over and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. The hotel should be very happy to have someone as MD as one single person really could make a significant difference for someone's experience in Paris. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good, convenient and problem-free stay in Paris.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - the staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with towels changed and beds made up everyday, all-you-can eat breakfast was great and set us up well for our days of sightseeing and the bar/restaurant food was also great. It was simplicity itself coming off the Eurostar at Gare du Nord and crossing the road to check in and with the entrance to the metro right outside the door it was perfect for us to move around the city. And the staff didn’t mind me practising my French with them - all in all a great stay and perfect hotel for my children’s first visit to Paris. I will be booking again - merci!
