racist staff and horrible experience

the hotel itself is already in poor condition - no heating and the room that we had, had an electrical failure (plugs and lights not working). the staff here are ok expect one called Sabrina, she was horrible. i’m asian and she she mocked my accent. however, when attending other guests who are caucasian she was so nice and polite. she doesn’t want to acknowledge us or help us and was overall very rude. when talking to her, she just tried to brush it off and said that she didn’t understand english. not only that she mocked/talked bad about me in french. horrible service and attitude. she made me feel terrible about myself being a guest in the hotel. if you can avoid, avoid this hotel at all cost.

nice comfortable place. We stayed as a family of 3. got a nice room.. hotel is within walking distance of lot of restaurants for one to grab on the go. There was an Indian restaurant too. room was comfortable. coffee was nice. great value for money.

We stayed here for olympics. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was good. Location was also good however the air conditioning was not working. It was 34 degrees outside so this was very inconvenient. We could not keep the windows open due to the outside noise. The front desk manager was very rude and totally ignored our complaints. He even called police on us.

This was a quick train trip and I only had a night. Hotel is very convenient and extremely close to the gare de l'est. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I don't have any complaints. I have to admit I don't really stay in Ibis hotels however it was the closest Accor to the train station and I have to re-evaluate my opinion of the Ibis brand. Modern, clean and sufficient for the stay.

Our stay at the hotel was great, it's on the side of the Chateau Landon metro entrance, you only walk 10 steps and you're there, the beds, pillows and bedding were super confortable, the room was not the most spacious, but there was no need to be anyways, and it was always clean, but the room air conditioner didn't worked so it got a bit hot at night if you coverd yourself with the duvet. The breakfast was good, it's the same options everyday, some tipes of bread, croassaints and pain au chocolat, cheeses and some fruits, juice yougurt all that stuff. The staff was super friendly and even acepted some amazon parcels for me during my stay. There is the downside of being close to the Gare du Nord train station ( I could even see the trains from my windown) so sometimes during the night you can hear the trains arriving, but it's not that loud and, at least for me, it doesn't bother the sleep
