Nice basic clean room. Buffet breakfast included. Lovely common space entrance with baby foot, large screen and sofa. Good Internet. Very friendly and professional service. Perfect hotel for a family stay, conveniently located next to gare de l est train station and not far from Eurostar arrival station.

The room cleaning services was awful, I had my dirty mug of coffee for more than 4 days non cleaned although I put it many times for cleaning in a clear area, the room cleaning services return it many time non cleaned and even I didn't know why.

Location is good as we select this hotel after arriving by Thalys at Gare du nord. Hotel is short walk from Gare du nord and even closer to Gare de l'Est. Have some supermarket, restuarant around hotel. The room is quite small but sleep well. Some item in the room is broken. Breakfast is better than we expected

Все обшарпано, ковёр весь в пятнах, плафон разбит и в пятнах похожих на кровь, запах затхлый и пыльный, сан узел просто весь в грязи и сколах. Это не похоже на сетевой отель 3 звезды где должно быть просто и чисто. Под окном 15 полос железной дороги где постоянно курсируют поезда. Отвратительно, а стоит как хороший отель 3 звезды. В хостелах и то получше условия.

Хороший гостепримный персонал и очень маленькие старые номера. У нас было 2 номера по семейному тарифу, в 511 номере - обойти кровать и поставить чемодан одновременно нельзя, пыль, грязная ванная. В 416 номереочень шумно, слышно поезда, не работал кондиционер, сказали об этом, но ничего не изменилось. В целом, не более 1 ночи, если вам нужен вокзал рядом.

We found the hotel conveniently located by 3 train stations. Montmatre was within easy walking distance. We went to Moulin Rouge dinner show and felt very safe walking back to the hotel from the train station late at night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The breakfast was an unexpected extra that made the accommodation good value for money.

As others have said, the hotel is pretty run down and not worth the money we payed 150€No basic amenities provided such as toothpaste, brush, kettle and tea in room (although they do have a drink machine at the foyer so not too bad). The carpet, shower, bed sheet and walls in our room seems pretty dirty. The breakfast was disappointing with below average varieties. Only the fresh orange juice machine was the highlight. I'd recommend people to avoid eating too much of the hotel breakfast and go outside to try proper French breakfast food.

Мы ранее уже проживали в отелях этой сети и примерно представляли,что нас ждет. Все ожидания оправдались. Сытный, хотя и малоразнообразный, завтрак. Бесплатный чай/кофе в лобби. Сверхудачное расположение для путешествующих на поездах плюс станция метро в этом же здании. Рядом много ресторанов,особенно хорош был ливанский. Русский канал в ТВ. Минус был единственный: пришлось трижды менять электронные ключи за 2 дня - все время ломались. Плюс новый персонал не знал, что поздний чек-аут платный. В итоге (когда пришел знающий более опытный работник, лучше б не приходил...) выселялись в спешке, т.к.платить 30 евро за 2 часа не хотелось. В целом рекомендуем.

The hotel was far below our expectations. When we arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of detergent both along the hallway and in the room. The intensity of the citrus smell in the air suggested the covering up of an underlying stench. This made sleeping on the first night very unpleasant. The room itself was in poor condition. The walls were unpresentable. When the curtains were drawn open, they revealed large blotches of white paint on a dark grey wall perhaps as a result of the patching up of holes or cracks. The ceiling had brown stains and the door frame from the interior perspective had several screws sporadically spread out along the top panel, suggesting that the frame was previously ripped out. The bathroom was the most disappointing. There was a big hole on the right corner between the rim and the wall that was in front of the body of the bathtub. There were also holes between the tiled walls (where the shower head was located) and the tub. Aesthetics aside, showering was also very uncomfortable. The temperature of the water was impossible to regulate. The water would turn from hot to cold without any adjustment through the turning of the handle. All we could do was to leave the water running and wait to go under when the water was warm and get out of the water stream when it turned cold. The breakfast was limited and uninteresting. I would suggest that instead of whipping up a batch of eggs in a bowl and zapping them in a microwave, the hotel could just provide individual hard boiled eggs. That would look more appetising. This is the first time I have ever stayed at an Ibis hotel and this hotel certainly does not create a good impression. Such a room should not have been let out to their guests. The strength of the hotel lies in its location. It is right next to a metro station and closely located to the train station.

It was awful, the room was dirty, it was noisy all night I just could not sleep and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually my last stays at any accor hotels have been awful, I am considering to return my loyalty card to you. And on top of that I have again received this survey twice just like last time for my stayed in Rome, where you took all my points to book this awful hotels and never even reacted to any of my comments.

This property is just outside the metro and small stroll away for some good eats. Perfect location for quick access to city. Room decor and ambience need to be little upgraded and some work is there to make the breakfast great.

The staff is really attentive, the breakfast is good and more than adequate ( with fresh orange juice and those delicious French cheeses), The location is very convenient (right beside the Chateau Landon Station). I had difficulties with the water temperature of the shower (too hot or too cold) and with the wi-fi sign that fell sometimes. however, the overall impression was good, especially because of the staff and location.

Good for short stay and for business.Could improve instalations and cleaning. Prime location and good staff in the reception,as well in the dinning room. You can arrive at a late hour and you will get services and a warm welcome.

The hotel was well situated as close to both Paris l'Est and Paris Nord railway station and this suited our purposes. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity and these provided meals at very reasonable prices - another plus. The hotel itself provided a good breakfast and the room was of a decent size and clean. Having stayed in other Ibis Hotels, most recently the Hague City Centre, I identified three areas that could be improved - the provision of a security system that requires residents to use their key cards to access the lifts (and stairs), TV stations in languages other than French and more dried and fresh fruit with the breakfast. We did enjoy the warm croissants though!

The GOOD: You cannot beat the location, friendly staff, breakfast (basic but filling), and working AC. The BAD: The room furnishings are in need of repair/maintenance. Toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken, legs on table in room were bent, if you moved the table it would fall over. Very basic furnishings, was not a comfortable retreat. Overall Assessment: The hotel is a great place to head to at the end of a long day when all you want to do is fall in bed and sleep. Breakfast and never ending hot beverages will set you right before you head out for another day of sightseeing.

Have stayed at hotel a few times. Staff very friendly. Breakfast included. Tea coffee Juice available. To access the shower you have to step over the bath. The height of the bath could be a bit lower.

I did expect a little bit more with it being a Ibis Styles but it was very basic. One thing I noticed which people did not state in their reviews is the train noise. It is loud and if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs. The rooms were also very cold and took hours for them to warm up with their heating system. However, beds are very comfy and it is right next to a metro station and 12 min walk from the Eurostar.

The stay was just okay. I had high expectation from ibis - based on my previous experience of stay in 3 ibis hotels in 3 different cities in 3 different countries. Instead what I experienced is briefly as following. - Room was not spacious enough - Room had a look of old furnishing, found some small stains/defects what I never expected from an international brand like ibis - The bathroom was also just okay, the water pressure was low, took long to fill the bathtub, could not understand how to drain it, the water was continuously draining from the bathtub, from the locked basin waste hole - The soap tubes were very hard to press and also located unsuitably high, those were supposed to soft and gentle, fitted just above the basin top level and the bathtub top level - The most disappointing was the breakfast menu, very little choice of food and drinks, no fruit, only one type of salami, no spread, no egg, waiters at the breakfast area don't speak English too - The most efficient and courteous place was the reception, stuffs were very helpful and warm and most importantly they speak good English, we got an excellent service at very early morning @4AM to be served with some fresh hot croissants while we were leaving, thanks to that guy, can not recall his name though Overall, the experience was not quite unsatisfactory at the end than at the beginning.
