The room is pretty standard for ibis but the toilet seems dark even though we switched on the vanity light. And bath tub is quite slippery if you are not careful. The location is good as it is next to the train station. Our room overlooks the tracks.

I was agreeably surprised. Ok it's an ibis so you know its not Claridges, but reception was efficient, room was fine in a budget way, breakfast passable. Only 5 minutes easy walk to Gare du Nord Station.

The location of the Hotel is great . Most attractions of Paris can be reached in 20 -25 minutes ... makes it super convenient with the closest Metro Station ACTUALLY 10 steps from the Hotel . However the IBIS Restaurant Quality , Servicing is a BIT WORRYING ! At Breakfast , several items ( esp staples like Breads , Croissants, Cakes ) are routinely stocked out & the wait for these is Painful. Towards breakfast closing the availability is even more pathetic. The spoons, forks , knives surely need to be critically watched by Hotel IBIS ... These were found DIRTY, PARTLY WASHED on 2-3 occasions . HORRIBLE , HIGHLY UNEXPECTED from IBIS STYLES Hotel which charges 15 Euro for a Breakfast !

rude reception staff- wanted to buy drinks at the bar and staff ignored I was standing there waiting, we ended up leaving after ten minutes and two children bored! Our room was poor, dirty and unkept- the bath leaked when showering which made the floor soaking wet and had to use towels to soak it up! The bath was dirty, part of the shower came off while my little one was standing showering, the carpets are dirty, the skirting boards are full of dust and grot, windowsills have burn marks all over them.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I do not recommend this hotel at all. The property is quite old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work throughout my stay, and despite informing the staff, no action was taken to fix it. I booked this hotel at a premium price, trusting the Ibis brand to deliver a certain level of quality and comfort — but this experience was far from it. A truly disappointing and frustrating stay.
