We stayed for one night while on an interrailing trip. We booked in advance and it was expensive. I think it was cheaper nearer to the date we travelled but we didn't know that. Reading reviews I was worried, but it was better than I expected. Enough space for 3 of us, air con, a lift, close to the train station and metro line. Luggage storage available. Not great value for money in general but it is central Paris and the Olympics were on so we expected it.

Loved our stay here. Husband booked it mainly for the air con as we knew it was going to be hot and I’ll be honest, the reviews scared me. However, our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Shower was lovely and the air con really came into its own. It is basic but it doesn’t pretend to be anything else. Very impressed with breakfast which exceed all our expectations, everything you could want and more. It got really busy at around 9am so as long as you avoid going then it’s all good. At the risk of sounding like a proper Brit - you’ll need to take teabags if you want a brew at breakfast otherwise it’s coffee or herbal. Staff were beyond lovely. No they don’t all speak English but you know….you’re in someone else’s country it’s only polite to learn some basic phrases or use a translation programme. The lift is normal sized. We are all quite large and managed fine even with our luggage. We liked it so much we have cancelled the Airbnb we had booked for the para Olympics and are going back as it was so nice and such a great location transport wise. Lovely restaurant on the corner opposite - Restaurant la Ville de Provins Paris for lunch and dinner.

A comfortable stay at the Ibis for 2 nights. Check in was quick and efficient and our room was ready upon arrival. We booked a double which was a comfortable size and a fairly sized bathroom, considering it's more a budget property. The bed was comfortable and lighting was more than sufficient. The shutters on the window were fantastic darkening the room allowing for an undisturbed night sleep from the early daylight hours. Breakfast, in a very small breakfast room, was satisfactory with fruits, pastries, cakes and bread all on offer, along with fresh juices, teas & coffees. The hotel has plenty eateries on its doorstep so plenty of choice if the breakfast isn't your cup of tea. Location wise it's fantastic, with Metro and Mainline on your doorstep allowing easy access to the main sights of Paris. All in all, satisfied with our stay at the Ibis for the money paid and would recommend if wanting a budget-friendly property in Paris.

Local location, clean, nice breakfast. Room very very small for 3people ( but that's paris for you). Really handy for station, nice bars about the area and bistos too. Nice staff and clean rooms/ hotel I would stay again. Good value..yipppp

For the price that we paid, I have to say that I wholly underwhelmed. Maybe it’s my fault for having too high expectations, maybe I’m a dreamer, but my oh my what a terrible room. Small, cramped, smelly and cold, it is not how I expected to spend 3 days in city of love. It was, in fact, so below the standards I expected for the price I paid that we left after an hour to find a different hotel. Vive Le France indeed, but certainly not Vive Le Ibis. Merci.
