My stay was só incredible !!!,very nice atmosphere and helpful Team special thanks to Serkan who was very informative and kind .I absolutely recommend. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The pillows are the fluffiest that I have ever slept on and it's clean and tidy with the food from. Restaurants very affordable. The cleaning staff are wonderful and full of warmth and kindness. The receptionist can speak fluent English and even crack a joke when you get to know them. What I love about the Hotel was there wasn't any sort of racism.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is reacting fast to all the requests and really tries to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Special thanks to all front of the house team, they do amazing job. I booked this hotel for my father who does not speak foreign languages and was touched by how the hotel crew was taking care of him and his stay. Will definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking for the hotel in Istanbul.

good value for money big spacy mini-busses - clean and comfortable punctuality communication with the operator to improve: an option to pay with a credit card wasn't available it was a bit messy in the airport at the meeting point, where passangers met

the actions of the staff of this hotel are a shame!!! They freely defraud customers! I stayed in a room with them for two nights, following a head operation. When I left, they blocked me at reception and forced me to pay because apparently the sheets had received a blood stain from the operation. They asked me to pay for this because they couldn't reuse the sheets in this condition for subsequent guests... I explained to them that the sheets had to be washed for each guest, but they wouldn't listen...

We have been informed about the issues regarding blood stains and similar cases, which require special washing procedures due to health and safety regulations. The responsibility for such damages is personal, as we cannot wash textile products with blood stains together with other hotel materials because it poses a risk of infection for other guests. This situation causes an extra cost for us as well, which is why we take this matter seriously in order to provide qualified service to all our valued guests like yourself. As part of the ACCOR Hotel chain, we strive hard every day towards providing quality services and ensuring high standards are met in matters such as cleaning services so that all our customers can enjoy their stay without any worries or concerns while they are here with us at the hotel premises .
