The room was consistently spotless and very well maintained throughout my stay. Special thanks to Fazile for her attention to detail and professionalism. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and on time, and it genuinely made the stay more comfortable. Excellent housekeeping service.

Very nice place to stay during vacation. The hotel is quiet, clean, and comfortable, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The food is tasty and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay, comfortable, friendly staff and superb amenities including a spa & gym

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. All the staff and amenities were wonderful. I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights this week and just returned home in Canada last time. All the employees we encountered from front desk, amazing spa & gym to the breakfast restaurant were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the BEST I’ve ever seen and i travel a lot all over the world both business and pleasure. Our Hammam spa experience in the hotel was amazing! I highly recommend any treatments at the spa. I used the pool & gym as well and everything was so clean & perfect. I would love to return anytime 🌟 A special mention to Gorek who served me everyday at breakfast, Ergun from the spa and 2 lovely ladies who gave us the wonderful Hammam experience and a nice lady from the front desk which I forgot her name-all wonderful Dora ( Canada 🇨🇦)

In Istanbul for 3 weeks for business I booked first for a week to be able to change if it was not as per my expectation. I finally booked it for 2 extra weeks. Hotel is very convenient. Excellent breakfast, staff very helpfull, fitness as part of the best I got in hotel. Really nothing bad to say.
