Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your recent stay with us during the New Year. We are pleased to hear that you found the apartment well-equipped and enjoyed the beautiful view from the seventh floor. Your feedback on the bedding arrangements and the need for a vacuum cleaner and washing machine is appreciated. We provide in the reception vacuum cleaner if you need to use and washing machines we have a laundry room that you can use with an extra fee. Regarding the carpet, we understand your concerns about allergies, and we will take this into consideration for future improvements. We also appreciate your comments about the kitchen amenities, the oven is a combination with microwave too. We are delighted that our location and facilities met your expectations, and we appreciate your kind words about our staff.
