The hotel entry is actually very hard to find and we drove around a few times before locating it. The entry to the carpark is a sharp right hand turn and some have scraped against the bollard. Ample parking. ALL hotel staff were exceptional in quality of service but hats off to Aalilya in the restaurant. The room was tight - we had two queen sized beds and only had a small gap to walk around. Esay access to motorway and next to a huge mall. The restaurant is exceptional .

Great beds, wonderful indoor pool and staff. EV charging available and undercover parking makes for more convenience. Shopping center just across the road. Hardware store below. What more do you want? Restaurant is great too.

I used to stay here when traveling through Melbourne for business but for some reason it fell off my radar…. tended to go in to city digs??? Why I don’t know!!!!! Had business in the area recently and stayed here and I will not forget them again. Great clean modern rooms and funky bathrooms - easy affordable parking and the restaurant was sensational and well priced - try the steak frite for dinner and the breakfast omelette. All staff are lovely - it’s quiet and walking to shops next door. 10/10 and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend

A great time at Mercure

What an amazing experience staying at Mercure. Our initial booking needed to be cancelled/postponded due to a Funeral we needed to attend. Staff were more than happy to let us re book for another time during that month, which we did. The Pool is amazing and is heated to a nice temparture so is great during summer and i can't wait to try the pool in winter. Doncaster Shopping Town is a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is buffet and you get to chose from so many different breakfast dishes. Meals can be delivered to your room anytime. Has undercover parking for a small fee.

Had a great stay - room was very clean and quiet. Everything was as expected and importantly the hotel has great sustainability practices. These range from the bottled water to a bonus for choosing to not have rooms serviced. Small point but having a separate recycling bin in the room would be good.
