The floor had loose tiles that made noise, and the AC was defective, resulting in a high heat situation.

I am not one to complian but I have not choice. Overall it was a good experience until we decided to dicuss food. Restaurants were only delivery due to COVID so we decied to order from the hotel. Big mistake. We ordered three dishes: The escondidinho, lasgana and milanesa. I had rented two rooms and we were 3 people. They told us it would take 15-20 minutes but after more than one and a half hour we were finally served horrible microwave food that was not even hot. Apparently their microwave was not working properly but intead of telling us, they served horrible, room temperature food and even mixed the escondidinho to try to warm it more. Look really bad. It was one of my worst food experiences. It was late and we were starving so we ate about 50% of the food. I let them know my thoughts and went to bed. In the morning, not only did they not give us a discount but was charged even higher prices than the ones on the menu. Stressfull way to check out when you have a flight at 3:30am.....

The services offered in this hotel, is not the same of the Accor Hotels. You have to training more your employies. Reception and kitchen employies must understand that the guest is in the first place, not thenselves.
