Love this hotel, have had many visits, always stay here en route Sydney/Melbourne Rooms are so well appointed, very clean, comfortable bed, everything great Parking easy & plentiful on site at no extra charge Close to city centre Fabric Restaurant is great, than you for looking after my requests I'm sorry chef, I don't know your name, breakfast was fab! ...thank you The best part of this hotel, wonderful people working here Thank you Sanjay, Vishna & lovely Asanki & everyone else working hard in the background Love being welcomed back each time

Overnight to Melbourne and back to Brisbane, travel by car. Did not have regular room, so we had to settle for a family room. Our stay was ok, but got charge for drinks that we did not have the first night, we had a complimentary voucher but still got charge. The second night, had dinner in restaurant our experience service was good, steak not cook to our liking. Rooms are cleaned bed ok, but old building miss mash of furniture, room night expensive for a country town even with Accor membership.

Can't get any left possessions back if you leave them at this hotel

Bed comfortable, aircon not quite powerful enough for room to keep cool overnight, one of the additional single beds was not full size single and very low. Left a phone charger behind and it was never recovered. Not great value for the price.

Twin beds requested a week prior, this was confirmed on arrival at Check in. When we went to our room we had a Q bed. Went back waited at least 30 mins as manager was not contactable even thou he had started before we arrived. Poor lady on the front desk had absolutely no support from her manager. We were locked out of the building when we returned after hours even thou they had called early asking why we’d not checked out.. because it was a two night stay. They moved our booking to another room but didn’t carry over the second night. Sanjay the manager does not support his staff and he honestly could not care less that two 58 yr old women were locked out at 10:30 at night. We called the number over and over and nothing, eventually we got in when a guest was going out. Once in the concierge area Sanjay finally answered his phone. He added access back in our cards and as we were worried we couldn’t get in he waited 5 mins while we tried our access. A good manager would have gone up and made sure the access was working. I tried to call back but couldn’t through. Long story there. We checked our bill on departure and noted charges for breakfast included as the package charged even thou it was raised with them on the first day and we were told they’d amended that. We were to receive a wine & cheese platter showed the confirmation email and they knew nothing about it. Unbelievable. Accor were to have passed on details yet we’ve received not reply only that they have forward my email to Mecure Albury. We are being ignored, so I will share our experience to warn others.

Twin beds requested a week prior, this was confirmed on arrival at Check in. Q bed only. Moved to another room after half an hour to a room with Q and Single pullout bed. Totally unacceptable and we did voice this at the time. * They had no record of package inclusions as confirmed in email and showed this also. * Wine and cheese platter didn’t even know they supplied this. Not received * Breakfast included This was picked up on check out by us even thou they told us this had been amended on the first day. It was deducted after I showed them my email. * Locked out from 10:30 first night because they didn’t move the two day booking to the new room. Pretty basic really. They rang me during the day to ask why we’d not booked out.. mm because it’s a two night stay. I’ve emailed Accor who have passed on our complaints to Albury Mecure two days ago. Mecure were aware of every single issue we experienced at the time. At no point did the Manager Sanjay apologise. Still waiting on reply.
