From when we checked in Hang was amazing. We had two separate bookings and she was able to ensure we had the same room without the faff of checking in and out again. Thank you Hang for starting our holiday in Vung Tau in Ibis Style. Love this hotel.

Excellent service! We arrived early with our baby and were offered a priority check-in. The front-desk staff and supervisor (Duyen & Mai) were customer-oriented, proactive and flexible in providing alternative solutions. We got a comfy room in high floor, the best seaview, and a baby crib being setup nicely.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was very impressed with the excellent service, the delicious and beautifully presented food, and the comfortable atmosphere. The ocean-view room was fantastic! Один из лучших отелей с шикарным видом на море и горы !Статуя Христа была видна с балкона .Очень дружелюбный персонал ,все очень хорошо говорят на английском (что большая редкость. )Отличные завтраки ,есть выбор на любой вкус .Номер чистый ,все новое и свежее .Бассейн на крыше с видом на море.
