Seamless checkin experience. Both Duyên and Mai were welcoming and helped our family get situated with our rooms. The hotel is across the beach with plenty of amenities for all ages. The hotel location is convenient to all attractions around town.

Good location and walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Internet and TV worked really well. The rooftop pool was not very large, but that's normal in a location like that. Good price for a clean quite property and friendly staff.

I booked on the day of arrival and Luan on the front desk was so lovely and accommodating. We were a group of 6 and couldn't get a family room (we arrived at the beginning of the Viet school holidays), so he put in a roller bed in each of 2 Queen premier rooms to make it 2 x 3 beds. (The beds only just fit - I wouldn't recommend this). Unexpectedly, we ended up having Visa issues (due to cancelled flights) and Luan was extremely helpful. On the day of departure, we had to leave at 2.30am to get to the airport and Luan had organised takeaway breakfasts for us ready to go. I wanted to say thank you to Luan and thanks Ibis for a great stay.

This is the first time me and my sister stay in ibis for a night. This hotel match my lifestyle: everything is about recycle and protect the Earth. The staffs are very friendly and enthusiastic, especially Nam and Duc, who willing to change your room if it's having problems.

I travel to Vung Tau on business regularly and always stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel. All the staff are so wonderful and welcoming but in particular there are two staff members in the dining room (KIEU and HA UYEN) that really stand out as the best. They are always just smiling and happy no matter what. I will be back in July hoping to see them again. Both make my stay even more special and welcoming. They should be congratulated!!!! Thank you.
