We regret that the room size did not meet your expectations and We'd like to clarify that combs are available in our higher-category rooms or upon request, and we're sorry if this was not communicated effectively during your stay. Regarding the towels, we apologize for not replacing them after use even if they were left on the floor. Our housekeeping team is committed to ensuring the comfort of our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us address areas for improvement. In terms of the location, we understand that it may not have been ideal for your visit to the old city.
