Dear Albin, Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our great location near the main train station and found our staff warm, effective, and helpful. We know it can get a bit warm during the Summer months and we offer extra fans at the reception to help with the heat. Currently, our rooms are soundproofed with double-glazed windows and we recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard for a quieter experience. Dear Guest, thank you for staying with us on your recent visit and for taking the time to write about your recent experience at our hotel. We are very sorry that you did not feel well during your stay. At first we ask our colleague what was happend. She informed us that the room card did not work. We also apologize to you for the awakening of our housekeeping, this will not happen in the future. If you want a second pillow, you can ask at the reception for one oder two more pillows. This is also valid for vans, because we doesn't have air condition in our rooms. Thank you for your positive attitude towards our central location, our delicious breakfast and our friendly and helpful staff. We have small warm and cold snacks, for example baguettes, soups, sandwiches or tartes 24 hours a day. For a bigger lunch or dinner we have some restaurants nearby as you already wrote.
