Всем доброго дня! Отель максимально уставший от ремонта до бассейнов в том числе и лежаки! Система все включено, включает себя не много а точнее практически ничего, питание очень скудное в обед кроме пасты ничего не выбрать, как я понимаю на завтрак и ужин будет аналогичная ситуация а чтобы плотно покушать надо будет раза три подходить к повару, так как порцию делают максимально детские! Фрукты все были кислые а это (гуава, арбуз, дыня и виноград) это весь ассортимент! Ни о каких изобилиях речи нет! Все алкогольные напитки которые входят в пакет не самые лучшие! Бар работает только один, хотя заявлено несколько! Бассейны очень холодные и грязные, зонтики рядом с бассейном открывать не разрешают ссылаясь на ветер, но ветра на территории нет совсем! Все напитки только на розлив, это крайне не удобно! Очень разочарованы отелем, не вернемся однозначно! Номер в целом ничего но грязно, а на балкон лучше вообще не выходить, но хоть вид из окна на море!

Из плюсов только красивая территория отеля. Уборка номеров ужасная, что такое помыть полы в этом отеле не знают. Перестал работать сейф. На системе «все включено» в номере кроме воды ничего не ждите, только в одно баре вы можете взять и то не все напитки. К еде отдельные вопросы, все 12 дней ели одни макароны, потому что изобилия европейского тут нет, как нам обещали. На пляже муравейник, лежаков свободных не найти. Вообщем у нас большие вопросы к этому отелю, в первые столкнулись с таким

Отель понравился, компактная, зелёная территория, чистые бассейны, много лежаков, великолепный пляж Кхем с белым песком. Так же хочу отметить вежливый персонал и отличную уборку. Для нас был минус - это еда. Брали завтраки, кастрюль много, а выбора еды для русского туриста нет. Ели одно и тоже, яйца, бекон, сыр, зелень. Был вкусный фо бо, но через пару дней мы уже на него смотреть не могли. Хороший выбор фруктов, тут зачёт 👍 Ужасный кофе из кофемашины и разведенные водой соки, что считаю неприемлемым для отеля 5* Инфраструктура рядом: массажки, минимаркеты, невыгодный обмен валюты, и пара кафешек, в которых опять таки мало выбора для русского туриста. Нет привычных блюд из морепродуктов как в Нячанге. Соки/смузи/кокос по 30тыс долгов. Бан ми от 25 тыс.

Отличный отель, стоящий своих денег. Мы прилетели вдвоем с супругом, по системе трехразового питания. Каждый день разнообразное питание: все виды мяса и морепродуктов, напитки безалкогольные строго по меню. Традиционные вьетнамские блюда, большой выбор фруктов, и сладостей, свое мороженое. Очень порадовали просторные, чистые номера, уборка каждый день. Оставляют ежедневно гигиенические принадлежности. Есть фитнес и спа, кидс клаб. Самый лучший пляж на острове с чистым песком. Отель подарил возможность посетить шоу kiss of the sea. Самое приятное - чистота в номере и в целом на территории. Рядом с отелем улочка с магазинчиками и массажем. Отель дает все возможности для приятного отдыха
