L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la période estivale programmée, tout a été choisi pour passer de bonnes vacances ! En raison de la taille de notre groupe, nous avons opté pour 1 duplex composé de 3 chambres et notre arrivée en avion est répartie sur 2 vols différents. Tout cela a été mis au courant au préalable de nombreux fois par email à l'hôtel. Étant membre Platinum, l'hôtel a effectivement mis à notre disposition une navette gratuite pour récupérer notre premier groupe, nous avons bien apprécié cette marque d'attention. En revanche, arrivé à l'hôtel vers 08h00 du matin, ils n'ont pas pu bénéficier le petit déjeuner conformément aux avantages conférés au statut Platinum, sous prétexte que je n'étais pas présent à ce moment là, c'est comme cela que m'a expliqué un responsable à la réception ! Effectivement, je dois arriver un peu plus tard sur le second vol dans le second groupe. Je trouve que ce procédé est un peu mesquin, la première moitié du groupe est reconnue comme faisant partie de ma famille puisque elle a bénéficié la navette gratuite aéroport/hôtel du fait de mon statut Platinum. Dans ce cas, pourquoi leur interdire le petit déjeuner ? Ce n'est pas logique voire offensant aux membres de ma famille. Je ne parle pas de l'appartement réservé A 214 qui jouit du plus mauvais emplacement et heureusement grâce à l'intervention d'une charmante hôtesse de réception, nous avons pu avoir un autre appartement A 204 beaucoup plus près de la plage. Merci beaucoup à elle ! Pour le reste, nous avons bien bien apprécié la plage , la piscine et le reste du personnel et tout particulièrement Mme Thuy Vân qui était d'une extrême gentillesse et dévouée dans sa tâche pour nous rendre agréable notre voyage. Merci à elle également. En final, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est superbe mais il faudrait mettre l'accent sur la formation du personnel afin d'éviter de telle mésaventure.

Мы оставались в резиденции на 5 дней и остались очень довольны! Есть очень просторные комнаты, уборка комнат хорошая. На территории резиденции хорошие бассейны, свой пляж, все понравилось! Расположение отеля также порадовало: он находится в шаговой доступности от пляжа и основных туристических достопримечательностей. Это очень удобно для тех, кто хочет активно проводить время.

최고의 호텔입니다.모든 직원이 다 친절하고 특히 키즈클럽에 NHU라는 직원이 있는데 너무나도 친절하고 다정합니다. 수영장도 너무 넓고 수심도 다양해서 다양한 연령층이 수영하기에 좋은 곳이며.바로 연결되어있는 켐비치도 너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 다음에 푸꾸옥 간다면 또 이호텔로 가고싶네요 수영장 곳곳에 많은 가드들이 배치되어있어 안전하고 구명조끼와 비치타올도 다 무료대여라 편하게 빌려 사용할수 있는점도 너무좋습니다.
