El hotel hermoso , moderno, excelente servicio, me gusto que incluyen los traslados de llegada y salida y también al centro, pero el horario de retiro a las 11 pm en sunset town deberían acortarlo solo Hasta las 10 Pm y extender los demás a ,las 9:30 PM , lastima la playa no es tan buena, deberían ofrecer traslado a otra playa en algún beach club incluido

Ni bien llegue tuve inconvenientes. No me habían asignado habitación aun (aunque ya había dejado el deposito en garantía) y en la playa, el personal me negó una toalla sin verificar si era huésped del hotel o no. Fue muy rudo. La persona de recepción lo llamo y aclaro el tema (ella se comporto muy amable conmigo). Me mandaron una canasta de frutas y una disculpa. Pero los siguientes dias el personal del bar de playa (turno noche) tampoco tuvo buena atención. Conversaban entre ellos y ni miraban si algún cliente necesitaba algo... Pedi un gin tonic (y lo señale en la carta) y me trajeron un vaso con gin. Fui a reclamar a la barra porque no me veían cuando los llamaba pero a quien venia a atenderme lo interceptaron unos clientes rusos que tambien estaban visiblemente enojados por la demora en traerles la cuenta... El personal no esta adecuadamente entrenado para atender a huespedes de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En cambio el personal del buffet de desayuno fue siempre muy amable. El buffet de desayuno era muy variado y abundante....
