I love this Mercure Hotel. It is truly beautiful, but most of all, the staff are extremely nice, which for me makes the stay really worthwhile. Ali and Gülten of the staff were two of the kindest people I have ever met. I hope to come back here again 🙏

Hotel with sewage problems

Stayed here with my partner whilst recovering from surgery. We were hopeful when we first walked in as the communal amenities are nice however the room stank of sewage due to the bathroom. It was such a foul smell that my partner and I were both gagging. The smell mainly came from the shower. We changed room due to this and then this room started having a big leak from the window. If we weren’t in the room at the time, our belongings and devices would’ve been ruined. We then moved to a third room which also smelled horribly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they get their sewage problems sorted.

We stayed for a week and had such a nice cleaning Lady - Gülten was very nice and helpful to us! She always made sure everything was good whenever we needed something.
