Honestly one of the best experiences I have had. Amazing breakfast. Amazing service, and would 100% recommend. The staff mostly the guy named Ramazan was very kind, helpful and offered us the best experience. He gave us an amazing trip experience, he was very nice!

I’m happy to write this review for the Gold Lounge at Fairmont Istanbul, especially for the amazing Buho team. From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed with genuine smiles, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. The lounge itself is elegant, calm, and perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, always fresh and very tasty, with a great variety to choose from. The drinks were equally impressive—well prepared, refreshing, and enjoyable. The Buho team works with heart and attention to detail, making the whole experience truly special. Thank you for the great service, wonderful food and drinks, and the lovely atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for a highly satisfactory stay. The suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a calm and productive environment that is well-suited for business travelers. The overall service level was consistently professional and courteous. Special recognition goes to Muhittin from housekeeping, whose attention to detail and positive attitude significantly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Breakfast service was excellent, both in quality and attentiveness. My thanks to Ramazan for his outstanding hospitality and for ensuring a consistently pleasant dining experience, including the thoughtful service of traditional Turkish tea. I would also like to commend the Gold Lounge team, particularly Seven and Mucahit, for their professionalism, efficiency, and high service standards. Overall, this hotel demonstrates a strong commitment to service excellence, and I would confidently recommend it to corporate and executive travelers.

Burcu, Tanju and Faruk were very friendly. Good selection of food and customised experience. Hot a la carte menu is nice, definitely not for introverts though as its very interactive with the servers

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the breakfast waitstaff at the hotel, especially Faruk and Tanju. Both of them work efficiently, professionally, and with great care: the tables are always spotless, drinks arrive quickly, and every request is handled with exceptional courtesy. And it was so nice to advise us to try Turkish coffee 🩷 Faruk and Tanju create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that makes each day start on a positive note.
