I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Ms. Sorandy Seng, Director of Rooms, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay feel personalized and memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, including my airport transfer arrangement. Special thanks also goes to Ms. Kim Leang from the Executive Lounge, who provided outstanding service throughout my visit. She was attentive, kind, and always made me feel welcome. The team at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1 clearly takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences, and it really shows. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh and I look forward to staying here again.
