Huge 2-Floor Suite for USD85 a Night!

My deluxe suite is quite impressive, spread over 2 floors with the ground floor being a living room area and the bedroom is upstairs. Although it's big, there actually wasn't much space in the bathroom to lay out my toiletries, and I could spot a few mouldy patches betweeen the tiles while the downstairs toilet made some weird sounds every now and then even when not used. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful with the hotel just across the street from Lianhua Intersection's exit 4. At the big intersection, there is a huge shopping mall beneath the Hilton with McD and a supermarket. At USD85 a night for a last-minute booking, it's quite good value for $.

I arrived in xiamen and had to serve a 7+3 quarantine, which was effectively a 10-days quarantine. Due to confusing policies and lack of transparency in the quarantine, I was naturally concerned. Upon confirming of the end of my quarantine, I immediately checked with your hotel how and if I could book and stay with you. As the authorities could not promise that my health code would be green, I was anxious if I could actually go stay in a hotel then. Ms Lu( 户) attended to my phone call and after assuring me that I would be well taken care at your hotel, she made room arrangements which I felt so privileged as a accor platinum member. She was like an angel attending to my call for help from hell. That's was how it felt. Subsequently, she gave good advice that I do my pcr test at a nearby test station before my flight to Shanghai. While I went away to do my test, she helped with my luggage. She was simply fantastic. I must also thank your staff at the restaurant serving the breakfast. They were so eager to attend to our needs. Thank you. Your team did so well to uphold the brand of grand mercure and accor brands. You have every reason to be so proud of them.

I was having lots of troubles as the suddent changes of COVID-19 rules in China. The staffs of ur hotel were very helpful epically the lady who added me on WeChat (forgotten to ask for her name WeChat ID: Hoiyue-DM) She helped to solve all my problems and coordinates with local district officer. Shout-out to the lady with glasses thanks a lot, because of u I had a wonderful experience in Xiamen.

I was upgraded to a very nice hotel room and through out my stay, all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They would try all means to meet all my needs if possible. Overall, it is a nice and warm stay for me and its location is very convenient to take buses and train around the island.

The reviews about this hotel were quite good so I decided to book a suite here. Besides the fact that they could not find my reservation (full prepaid) and I waste 1 hour of time just for this, the rooms at the end (I saw 3) were all Stinking of cigarettes and dirty carpet. Breakfast is a shame: I found big insects in the coffee area ... and the food options were just disgusting: only one coffee machine that served burned coffee, toast machine broken, a couple of Chinese bread with horrible flavour that I could not eat. The worst experience In my last 10 years in China.Don’t come here.
