החדר היה מרווח, נקי ומעוצב בטוב טעם. המיטה הייתה נוחה וניכרת הקפדה על כל פרט קטן. הצוות במלון כולם היו אדיבים, חייכנים, ומוכנים לעזור בכל בקשה, תודה מיוחדת לkam נציגת הקבלה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת. המיקום של המלון היה מעולה מה שאיפשר לנו להתנייד בקלות. בקיצור תמורה מלאה למחיר!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 al 13 gennaio 2025. Hotel eccellente con buona Posizione! Ideale per la movida la sera e la vicinanza a delle spiagge paradisiache . Lo staff gentile , cordiale, sorridente e super disponibile . Un grazie particolare va ad Alita. Speriamo di poter ritornare

Bellissima struttura imponente con camere ampie, eleganti e funzionali. Pur essendo in posizione centrale a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Bangla road , l’hotel è molto silenzioso. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Disponibile anche un transfer che non abbiamo mai usato.abbiamo noleggiato un motorino per 5 giorni ed è disponibile un parcheggio in fronte all’hotel. La colazione è abbastanza varia anche se non troppo, però il vero problema è che la sala colazioni è troppo piccola per il numero di camere quindi a volte bisogna aspettare che un tavolo si liberi e so tutti molto ravvicinati. Un’altro problema è la piscina che pur essendo bella e grandissima è sempre all’ombra , quindi non se ne parla di prendere il sole in piscina.

Hotel veramente magnifico molto confortevole ,dal personale attento alle esigenze del cliente alla colazione ricca e variegata.struttura bellissima fresca e giovane,il bar in sala fa dei cokctail veramente buoni.un ringraziamento va a tutto il personale dalle receptionist ai facchini ai consierge ai camerieri e ai cuochi. L'hotel è meraviglioso. La camera era confortevole. La colazione era deliziosa. Spa e massaggi erano perfetti, consiglio di usare la spa dell'hotel per i massaggi, molto raffinata e personale preparato (i massaggi thai sono quasi terapeutici, deve esserci un personale competente altrimenti si rischia di farsi male - personalmente diffidavo dai centri sulla spiaggia o in città... Poi dipende da cosa si cerca :). 15 minuti a piedi dalla Bangla. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole. Altamente raccomandato se si desidera soggiornare a Patong e si desidera visitare tutti i siti dell'isola. NB: Il personale del ristorante (Pond in particolare) è stato molto gentile con me (ho alcune allergie alimentari e mi hanno trovato una soluzione ad hoc in ogni occasione anche con il room service). Importante se cercate un ambiente al di fuori dell'albergo che sia tranquillo Patong non fa per voi... È una mini Bangkok con tutti i Pro e i contro. In tal caso vi consiglio di stare in zone tipo Nai Harn o Kata.
