Bello l’hotel, cordiali tutti i camerieri e lo staff, si mangia bene, ma ci hanno fatto pagare altri 600€ una settimana prima della partenza per la vacanza, perché la camera non era adeguata a 4 persone(2 adulti e due ragazzi di 9 e 12 anni) e quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare per una camera king size. La loro teoria era che il ragazzo di 9 anni dormisse nel letto con noi cosa inaccettabile in quanto scomodo . L’ alternativa era perdere 10000€, quando già avevamo pagato per 4. Secondo noi non è corretto e ci siamo sentiti truffati.

Personale molte cortese soprattutto “Sun” che ci ha aiutato tanto!! La stanza è grande, spaziosa e pulita L’hotel è molto grande con una piscina enorme la colazione abbondante e variata! Quando vengo a phuket vengo sempre qui al Novotel Vintage Park

La posizione è ottima ..la spiaggia dista solo 10 Min a piedi e 15 minuti dal centro.....bella e comodo piscina con angolo giochi per bambini...pulizia buona ...servizi buoni .....direi buon compromesso qualità prezzo.....consiglio vivamente per famiglie con bambini

Ho soggiornato presso il Novotel vintage con la mia famiglia, avevamo una camera tripla abbastanza spaziosa e ben tenuta. Le camere sono lontane della strada quindi molto silenziose e ben insonorizzate e sono dotate di frigobar, acqua in bottiglia tutti i giorni, scrivania, balcone spazioso, letto molto comodo e bagno con vasca e vetro direttamente sulla camera (c'è anche una tenda da abbassare per la privacy se non vuoi fare la doccia guardando la tv). Nel soggiorno era inclusa la colazione (80% salato e 20% dolce) a buffet con ampissima scelta tra piatti caldi e freddi e la mezza pensione (piatto a scelta dal menù 1 antipasto, 1 piatto principale e 1 tra frutta e dolce). Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile all'arrivo neanche il tempo di scendere dalla macchina che già avevano scaricato le valigie, siamo stati accolti con un thè di benvenuto, pochi minuti e ci hanno assegnato la camera. Siamo capitati durante i festeggiamenti del capodanno cinese e la struttura era allestita a festa inoltre nel pomeriggio hanno organizzato una festa in piscina (la più grande di Patong) per bambini con giochi e premi per tutti. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole usufruire della spiaggia pubblica di Patong (5 minuti a piedi) e per chi vuole godere della vita notturna. Inoltre proprio accanto l'hotel ci sono postazioni di taxi e tuktuk. Consigliatissimo!
