For a comfortable and great stay in Belgrade, Mama Shelter is an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, making our experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless .We received a room with a balcony that was fab. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a plus. The hotel is conveniently close to major attractions, above a shopping center, and public transport. The location is fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any request. They provided great local recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially Alexander who did his outmost to assist us and cater to our needs. Considering the quality of service, location, and amenities, the pricing was reasonable. Definitely worth the cost for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend Mama Shelter for anyone visiting Belgrade. I would definitely stay here again!

Отель интересен дизайном ресепшен, коридоров и рестораном. Комната производит убогое впечатление - лавка, столы-табуреты, на плафонах зачем-то маски. Отсутствуют приборы для приготовления кофе и чая.В ванной комнате вместо шампуня просто мыло. Неронятный аскетизм. Единстаенное светлое пятно - ресторан, там уютно, красиво, весело и очень вкусно.

The property location is about as convenient as you can get. You're right across from the massive park with Belgrade Fortress, a quick walk to the river OR pedestrian area OR restaurants and just about anything else. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful by local standards. We were able to arrange transport to/from the airport and get guidance on booking taxis, shopping and restaurants nearby. The attachment to the shopping center/mall helps if you want a quick snack, forgot to pack something or just want to walk around without going too far afield. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. One note to consider, the floors have oddball half-floor flights of stairs so if you have heavy rolling bags you'll be fighting them up and down short flights along the way. Best to ask for a porter if you can't be bothered.

При заезде предоставили номера не той категории которую бронировали. Я бронировал номера категории Large Mama, но мне предоставили номера меньшего размера чем LARGE MAMA и не укомплектованы так как LARGE MAMA. Вместо извинений, администратор начал рассказывать что это такой же номер какой я бронировал и так же что все равно свободных номеров уже нет. Я уже был в вашей гостинице и точно знаю, что номера которые мне предлагали на самом деле меньшей категории, что я бронировал. Только после того, что мне показали другой номер, который соответствовал мему бронированию, и после моих требований встретиться с менеджером отеля мне были предоставлены номера, которые я бронировал. Это похоже на откровенный обман. Наша перепалка с администратором длилась больше получаса. Настроение было ужасным и все впечатление о гостинице было испорчено. Кроме того я попросил предоставить мне счет за проживание, который я до сих пор жду, даже после моего письма в гостиницу с повторной просьбой. Я надеюсь, что я не попаду в эту гостинцу больше никогда, хотя мой статус- SILVER в сети отелей ACCOR.

We stayed 4 nights at the Mama Shelter Belgrade and had a wonderful time! The hotel is very central, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the bar/restaurant area is lively and fun. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Belgrade.
