This review is for the guest experience of the hotel's restaurant. I was not staying at the hotel. Sunday"s brunch is beautiful. Buffet breakfast is decent, and getting better as years are passing. The only objection is the price for externl guests: doble than it is stated on hotel's own social media account, Facebook post. In reality, it is around 19 EUR

Mama Shelter Belgrade is in a killer location for exploring the city. It’s sitting right on top of a mall, which makes shopping and sightseeing super easy, and it’s very close to the train station. The hotel definitely leans into the "party" vibe, with DJs and live bands playing almost every night, so it’s a fun spot if you’re looking for high energy. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown in terms of cleanliness. They were just "okay," and I actually felt the need to take out my own Clorox wipes to clean the surfaces myself. The biggest "ick" was noticing a brown ring near the rim of the toilet—definitely not the level of clean you expect. You should also know that the layout is a total maze; if you have any mobility issues, I would probably skip this hotel as getting in and out is a bit of a trek. Finally, make sure to check your bank statements when you get home. I ended up with some weird charges on my card that weren’t on my final folio, and I actually had to dispute them with my bank. It’s a cool spot, but the maintenance and billing issues were a real headache.

Слишком дорогой завтрак -45 евро на человека! В целом отель достаточно комфортный , есть подземный паркинг за 30€ в сутки. Находится на пешеходной улице .

Мама радует с заезда до выселения. Очень дружелюбный, готовый помочь персонал, необычный и яркий дизайн всех локаций - от лобби до ресторана и комнат, вкусные завтраки (не самый большой выбор блюд, но все вкусно и качественно, очень понравился детокс сок и возможность заказать кофе). Комната запомнилась шикарной кроватью, из которой не хотелось вставать, и большим душем. Новогоднюю ночь мы также решили провести в ресторане отеля, забронировали места за столом (была небольшая доплата за место именно за столом, а не барной стойкой). Организация, к сожалению, нас разочаровала. Мы подошли ко времени, тк нас заранее просили его озвучить, но не было никакого забронированного места, нам пришлось ожидать, потом нас почему-то отвели к барному столу без стульев, только после моего повторного визита к администратору, нас посадили за стол, который, был свободен и, кстати, были еще свободные места у других столов, что вызвало недоумение. Сам буфет был хорош, живая музыка, приятная атмосфера (кстати, курение в помещении в Сербии разрешено везде, для меня минус, но это закон страны), с балкона было видно немного салюта. Как итог, несмотря на нюансы (не написала, но парковка стоит 30 евро в день; три лифта работают крайне странно, всегда приходиться ждать, тк отель расположен на 4 этажа торгового центра) мы очень довольны своим отдыхом в отеле.

We loved our stay with Mama Shelter. Great location with proximity to Kneza Mihaila and Kalemegdan. Walkable to bus stops to get you around Belgrade. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I loved the design aesthetic! The restaurant is also delicious and their breakfast is pretty solid. The front desk also helped us arrange a ride to the airport for an early morning flight for our departure. Overall - great experience!
