We loved our stay with Mama Shelter. Great location with proximity to Kneza Mihaila and Kalemegdan. Walkable to bus stops to get you around Belgrade. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I loved the design aesthetic! The restaurant is also delicious and their breakfast is pretty solid. The front desk also helped us arrange a ride to the airport for an early morning flight for our departure. Overall - great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mama Shelter Belgrade. Having stayed in numerous hotels in Belgrade, it was refreshing to experience such energetic and helpful staff, particularly Nikola, who truly reflected the vibrant spirit of the hotel. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking Kalemegdan Park, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We’ll definitely return to stay here again!

I stayed at Mama Shelter Belgrade with my friend in July and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth thanks to Alex, and all the front office staff were very welcoming and always smiling. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel has a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. The F&B selection is not very extensive but everything we tried was very tasty. If you want to enjoy the best cocktails in the city, Marco is definitely your guy—highly skilled and personable. The hotel is lively yet not noisy at all, and the gym equipment is sufficient for a good workout. Everything during my stay was perfect, except for one night DJ performance—honestly, the place deserves a better DJ than the lady performing that night. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, delicious food and drinks, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Great location, nice stay

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Belgrade. Location was in the heart of the main strip and close to many restaurants and shops (hotel is located above a shopping complex) Parking is via the shopping complex (38 euro a day) Room was a bit of a hike to get to from the parking garage (while lugging our bags & suitcases to/from) We had a XXL Room, which was quiet and big enough for 2 adults & 1 child. Breakfast was nice. Also had a lunch in the restaurant one of the days and the food was very good.
