Overall, the staff are courteous from the parking, reception, pool attendants and restaurant. This place is highly recommended especially for choosy clients who will be delighted with their services. Special mention to Gabby, who brought our staff to my car, very helpful

Perks of being a Gold Accor member—if you want to join, send me a message! 😉🏨✨ It feels great to be back! And to The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar team, you truly made my kid’s day when the staff sang Happy Birthday—such a priceless moment! 🎶🥹 He casually mentioned it was his birthday yesterday, and boom—instant celebration! 🎂🎤 Wait, there’s more! As an Accor Plus member, we got three complimentary drinks 🍹🍷 For now, we’re just soaking in the good vibes—tomorrow will be another blast before we depart! 🚀🎊 Oh, did I mention that as a Gold Member, you can check out as late as 2:00 PM (subject to availability, of course)? Guess being a regular guest helps! Shoutout to the amazing staff who assisted us on our last day: Jane, Gab, Eunice, Nath, and Robyn! 💯👏

I had an extended stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed and offer a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Every member of the staff, from the reception and restaurant teams to housekeeping and the luggage assistants, was incredibly friendly and attentive. I’d like to give a special thanks to CJay and Don from housekeeping, who always ensured that I had a comfortable bed, and to Blu, who was always on hand to assist with my luggage. Their personal touch really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay!

Our dinner at Nostalgia Lounge & Bar was amazing. Our waitress Anna was outstanding. She took excellent care of us and gave us excellent recommendations for menu items to choose. Her manner was pleasant and personable and she took time to give us some local food history and information.
