Came back this year and decided to stay at the Fairmont Makati again, this time we've met AD from the concierge team. AD assisted us multiple times during our stay and have provided us an impeccable service! Kathlene the concierge was a pleasure assisting me. She had all the patience in the world and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. She has a beautiful and friendly smile. Very pleasant service and welcoming !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in/out process was quick and hassle free. Reception staff were warm and pleasant. Aaron did a great job with our check-in. The lobby is spacious and airy with plenty of seating. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Perfect for a good night's rest after a long flight to Manila. Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and always ready to assist. This hotel is located within a short walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. It's a great place to stay in Makati.
