Great service! Clean and modern rooms! Accessible to malls etc. Even their housekeeping staff such as gerick, all very nice!

The rooms were very clean and the place is very accessible to gateway malls etc. But what made our stay very enjoyable was the great service given us by ms. Irene, Gelai and Mary of guest services! They were very kind, efficient and really made our stay very enjoyable! Because of them, will surely come back again! Keep up the good job!

We recently stayed at Novotel Manila Araneta and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walking distance to Gateway 1 &2, Rustan’s Isetann and SM which made shopping and dining so easy. Buddys and Wendy’s are literally across the road adjacent to the main entrance of the hotel, not to mention Fiesta Carnival being in front. The hotel is also pet friendly which was a huge plus for us, and at only Php 1,500 per night it’s truly great value for the comfort you get. My baby literally slept like a baby the whole night—the room was clean, quiet, and cozy. Parking was complimentary and there are plenty of spots for the guests. Special thanks to Nigel at reception who made our check-in smooth and fast. He was very helpful, friendly, and he indubitably set the tone for a pleasant stay. Novotel being part of the Accor group never disappointed our family whenever we stayed there. Whether at Singapore, Australia, Japan, France, UK or the Philippines. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and great service!
