we go there with my brother and kids and the pool was the best for kids , only pool we enjoy but they dont have 50% doscount for heartist which is i travel everywhere accor have 50percent discount in any restaurant but they said they dont have, so disappointed but the room also is good

Pros: 1. Friendly and accomodating staffs (front and back) from Pre-Arrival until Departure Time. Special shout out to Erico. 2. Nice and convenient location. Proximity to the city center proper. 3. Fast and reliable check-in process. 4. Well-equipped rooms and amenities. 5. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room as well as its facilities. 6. Accomodation is child and geriatic friendly. 7. Diverse buffet breakfast with wide range of food selection. Special thanks to Massi. 8. Thoughtful gesture for birthday of my son. 9. Kids Club and swimming pool facility. 10. Complimentary late check-out upon availability specially considering travelling with children and elderly guests. 11. Free complimentary bottled water daily and available upon request at no any additional surcharges. 12. Free car parking within the hotel's vicinity. Cons / Suggestion: 1. Install drinking water station per floor at the corridor same as with Ibis Araneta 2. Kids Club access per room should offer longer hours to the guests specially on those not peak season or dates. 3. If possible to provide any children amenities inside the room specially if travelling with children (toys, coloring or drawing materials, etc.).

Superbly great hotel in the heart of Araneta City

They say there is no place like home but not for us because at Novotel Manila Araneta City it always feels like our home in Cubao since 2012. With such a short notice to the hotel manager Mr. Labandoy and the director of rooms Ms. Crisostomo, they swiftly provided us our preferred room. Check-in was a breeze. The concierge, with a warm, genuine smile handed me the keycard. The room has the warmest welcome set up on the bed with pastries and a note as a welcome gesture that hinted at the attention to detail which made us feel we are valued as returning guests. Our stay was way beyond comfortable with a Premier lounge access. The room itself is impeccably clean. The linens, pillows and most especially the towels have no stains, no lint, and no signs of wear. It has a fresh, subtle scent of clean laundry. I am very particular with the cleanliness of the hotel toilet and bath. I must say it is clean that provides a sense of reassurance, comfort with essential toiletries and functional space for guests to refresh and relax. But it wasn't just the physical comforts that made our stay wonderful. It was the intangible atmosphere of serene luxury. The superp staff, their effortless efficiency, and their genuine desire to make our stay memorable. The dining experience at the Food Exchange is always served with the most exclusive gastronomic delights. We are grateful to the hospitality of the whole hotel team. Overall, it is truly a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights across valentine's day. With the functions , events and concerts it takes me about 30 minutes to go up to the rooms. Nightmare at full capacity but nothing to do with the hotel if business is good. The hotel's staff are strangely robotic. I had a room request pre-stay but the reservations team handled by Precious has given me the most frustrating pre-check in experience. Every time I asked for a room preference she responded with templated answers or an upsell request. I felt like I was talking to AI. Reservations are the first point of contact and have to have proper training to deal with a variation of requests and customers. My request was for a room with a bathtub, their manager was kind to grant that request which I appreciate and recognize the good recovery. However, the only thing that was a preference was not working well. The bathtub when fully closed was still leaking water. I only realised when I put in a $18 bathbomb from lush and realised that it was leaking quickly. No compensation was made but just an acknowledgement. What a waste of my own money.
