Trip has been delightful very accommodating hotel with excellent staff. Food is good Alice did amazing Warm, helpful, and attentive service from hotel staff can make a huge difference. Guests appreciate when employees go above and beyond to ensure comfort, answer questions, and resolve any issues quickly. Clean and well-maintained rooms and common areas are essential. This includes spotless linens, bathrooms, and amenities. A comfortable bed, quality bedding, good lighting, and soundproofing all contribute to a relaxing stay. Functional amenities like a well-stocked minibar, good Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning or heating are also important.

Great choice for Rio!

We really liked the hotel, nice breakfast, enormous beds and friendly staff. Best housekeeping service I’ve seen for a while. Very cute lady called Joelma gave us extra special treatment! Recently refurbished and great location, with easy access to Copacabana and Ipanema.

Amazing service from the maintenance guy, Christiano Manutencau. Sorted out ourbissue pronto... priortised the issue and solved immediately. What a plesant gentleman. Used husbtranlate app to communicate effectively. Made us feel truly special

Micaela makes a great omelette!! Yum!! Breakfast was wonderful!! Alot of breakfast food selection!! Good hotel and location. Near everything and close to the beach. Definitely would visit and stay here again!! Lots of small vendors and shops with various things. You can bargain!!

No pool as advertised, everything feels like a rip off, i didnt get the equal value as what i paid for

The hotel looks okay, could pass 4 star in looks but unreasonably expensive & stingy. Im staying here for 10 nights on purpose of tourism. The hospitality is great however, its ridiculous that there is a severe lack of resources in the room and I have to request for each item everytime. Dont get me wrong, if I could pay in 10 nights so are for these small things. Its just, for the amount I paid, it felt like a rip off. 1. Water bottles - 10 BRL.. like seriously, its the bare minimin and this is usually included in the rooms. 2. Adapter - I have to deposit a certain amount for me to charge my gadgets lol 3. Hair dryer - bare minimum too, I had to request it. is it because its Rio? 4. Coffee, tea & water boiler - the hotel is so stingy, they dont even provide complimentary tea bags or so. 5. Additionally, there is no pool as what it shows on bookings. Its "under construction" As a tourist, you could get a much better hotel at the same price that would be generous enough for such basic necessities. I wish I booked much shorter stay🙄
