Traveled with a group. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff were wonderful. The views, from the rooms, were breathtaking, especially at night. The restaurants did not disappoint. From breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything was great. Thank you for a great stay.

Excited to stay here as it has iconic status. The welcome was warm outside but inside decidedly luke warm. Rooms are small with small bathroom. Towels and robes had seen better days. 2 swimming pools on level 6 offered very little space for swimming though both were very clean and kept tidy. Breakfast was less than expected. Service for beverages was very slow and the buffet too small for the number of guests. On the wet weather day it was chaotic. The breakfast greeting staff were frazzled and let it show. We left feeling disappointed .

Great location. Good and varied options breakfast. Nice rooms with big bathroom. Good service. Restaurant and pool with an incredible view. Pool and spa available for relaxing after work. Had a great stay.

Stayed here for the fourth time- always perfect service. Love the interior design and the amazing views from Rooms and Pool/Restaurant. Book a room with Copacabana view. Pool Service from Carlos was super nice and attentive- thanks. Coming back soon.

Everything was excellent during my stay at the Fairmont. Just love the bed linnen and the soaps. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. I especially appreciated the kind services of Rogerio Brito.
