Had an excellent stay at the Fairmont for work. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming - Luan in particular was a pleasure to see every day! I will definitely be recommending the Fairmont to my friends and family looking to travel to Rio!

We have been in Rio for four weeks. Caio the Spirit Maitre. Went out of his way every single night we were here to make sure we were having an exceptional time. Patricia, the front desk manager was amazing. She reached out to us several times to make sure we were having a good experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. They have made our experience in Brazil exception.

Good quality hotel in a good location at the end of Copacabana Beach.

Stayed for just two nights on business, so did not have the time to fully experience everything the hotel had to offer. However, my room was very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious, with a great balcony facing the ocean, with fantastic view along Copacabana Beach, towards Sugar Loaf Mountain. Very good breakfast and attentive staff. Great pool area to chill out, if you get the time, which sadly I didn't, but it looked pretty cool. Staff were all lovely and friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is situated at the far south western end of Copacabana Beach, so during the bit of spare time I had, I took a stroll along the length of the front, along the beach, taking a dip in the sea and sampling some of the local beers and food along the way in the various beachfront restaurants and bars, which was a great way to spend a few hours. Overall, a very nice hotel in a good location and I wish I could have spent more time there!

Enjoyed the stay from beginning to end. Thank you to the concierge team who helped organize our activities in the area to make Rio a place where we want to return. Room was comfortable and enjoyed the scented air as well as having a balcony to look out on the street. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options I really enjoyed the pastries and the omelette station. The restaurant also has a great view. Our server was Samuel, he enhanced the experience with great service. I would definitely recommend this place.
