Great breakfast service from Alice! She really went above and beyond to make the experience wholesome, she’s a great cook and the food was delicious!! Would defo recommend the tapioca fried breakfast which was fantastic and well made by Alice

Very good service. My camarera jollana is the best, very nice, welcoming, always with a smile and very good with the cleaning of my room. The food of the rst is very nice too. And the location is great. Free WiFi and the pool have a great view. Definitely I’ll coming back again.

Had dinner at the ground floor restaurant. Service was impeccable, Matheus Noronha went off his way to be sure everything was good. tasty food and the location spot on. For sure will be back during the time I will be in Rio De Janeiro. Keep going like this

We spent two nights at Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, the hotel location was perfect, walking distance from the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was very professional and accommodating, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Alvaro at the front desk, Michele at the lobby and Kaique our housekeeper were all amazing. We definitely will stay again at this hotel when we visit Rio in the future.

I stayed at this location for a month. The entire staff were they best I have every experienced. Excellent customer service at all times. The amenities were top notch and any issues were always quickly resolved. The hotel itself was great, but by far what made it the best in my mind was the people.
