Expensive but well-served hotel. Location is extremely convenient, facilities are clean, staff is accessible… basically you can get anything at any time. Also, there are some special employees that noticeably walk an extra mile to make you feel welcomed (Guilherme, for example, the messenger, always helping me to carry food, bags, and all sorts of stuff up and downwards - even when told there was no need). The small things make this visit to the concrete jungle a little less grey.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel and service from Dorival and Jose bags and flight cancellations. Nice rooms and beds with strong AC, and solid breakfast.
