Great hotel and service from Dorival and Jose bags and flight cancellations. Nice rooms and beds with strong AC, and solid breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Itaim Bibi. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. A special thank you to José, who was always extremely kind, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. Staff like him make all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel — excellent rooms, great breakfast, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to São Paulo.

Piero from the front deal was super friendly and provided a great service. He taught me some Portuguese words, was kindly enough to help me plan my trip back to the airport, among other great things.
