Very friendly, very nice, very good would love to visit again.... Very kind 😃😌😍💯🎉🥳💖😍 She made out stay memorable and I really want to come again whenever I ll be coming kochi and ll be suggesting my neighbours. We had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms were very comfortable. Pragati from the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for all travels within the city. We had a pleasant trip ,thanks to Novotel!
