My first choice for stay in Kochi… always the sense of belonging. Smooth check in-check out with the help kind staffs, especially Mr Sibil Restaurant staffs are very friendly, made friends, interactions, especially Ms Reena would remember my preferred orders…

Great Food (good mixture of local dishes and some international dishes, vegetarian, fish and chicken), very friendly staff that would help us to Dive into local culture and cuisine .. and a rooftop Pool with a view on Infopark. If you are on Business Infopark is just around the corner.

Beautiful staff, lovely hotel. All the staff looked after our every need. I would highly recommend the hotel. Rooftop area and swimming pool added bonus. It's a place I would come back. Kerala's back water is a must see location. You must visit

The hotel is running because of the brand name. Old hotel with a little outdated rooms and ambiance. The front office did not offer a room upgrade or a welcome drink to me, although being a platinum member of All club. No benefit as per eligibility was provided during 3 night stay. Breakfast was decent and the food was good. However there was a long wait for in room dining. The stay option was due to business but on personal front might not go back.

The Novotel Kochi Infopark is a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms.the breakfast is delicious!the staff is friendly and kind.i would like to thank especially the two boys of house cleaning ,Harijith and Akash, they are making everything in order to pleasure me!
