I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for a short rest. Thank you for the excellent service. Bathroom cleaning was good hygiene and clean.The housekeeping staff Ms. Seena were polite, respectful, and always greeted me with a smile. I’d like to commend Sijo for his quick response. I had a long 8 day stay. A big shout out to Housekeeping, who did up my room every day - very well. A huge Thank You to Mohan at the Restaurant, who got the chef to make me vegetable soup when I had an upset stomach. Ibis Kochi is best for Location

Good place for a short stay. Location is the main advantage which is near to shopping areas and tourist places. Reception on the first floor and the reception team was so helpful and courteous. Receptionist helped with the luggage. It was a quick checkin. Room was compact. Gym on the second floor and restaurant on the first floor. The manager in the reception helped me with places to visit and suggested to take water metro. Food was good. Checkout was smooth. Best part reception team gave us complimentary late checkout till 3pm. Sure will comeback to this Ibis. One of the best Inis I have stayed in Inda
