Good: 1. The food in the in-house Peruvian restaurant is amazing 2. “Some” of the staff members are very courteous and friendly 3. Location is great Bad: 1. They don’t care about your Accor status. You will be treated like any other guest. It doesn’t matter whether you’re gold or platinum. I asked for early check-in but wasn’t possible. I understand that but when I went to check-in at 2:50 PM then I was told that the check in is at 3 PM and I need to come back in 10 mins. If still understand but the tone was like “why are you here? Go away”. Same story for late check-out. I told them in advance but was told that it can only be done on day of checkout and on that day they just said sorry we have everything booked. Anyways, maybe I was in peak season but it was handled very badly. I didn’t feel like that they even tried to accommodate me. The issue was interaction not the final outcome. 2. Water kept dripping from the sink everyday and even after multiple discussions it was never resolved. Everyday I had to use multiple towels to cover the bathroom floor 3. The coffee machine in the restaurant stopped working during breakfast. When I asked them about it they said it is out of water and they can’t refill it for that day. It was at 9 am and the breakfast is till 10 am. Overall, I would say it is a like a 3-star hotel. There is nothing to rave about.

I came to Brazil for the first time and chose a hotel near the most famous Copacabana beach! the location of the hotel is superb! the staff is friendly and always helpful! I always found my room clean, thanks to the staff for that. Thanks to Ariel for helping me with the phone problem, I dropped it on the beach and it stopped working.. I stayed in this hotel for 9 days, I had breakfast included! thank you to the bar staff and kitchen for the tasty breakfast! they were everything for a delicious breakfast. Honestly, it was amazing that I chose this hotel! I could take a taxi from here and get everywhere very quickly and at the beach I only had to cross the street and in 2 minutes I was on the beach!❤️❤️❤️I will recommend for all my friends 🤗

My fourth time staying here and after staying at many other places in Copa I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are all so warm and friendly and help you with anything you need, shout out to Luis who is always so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the restaurant where breakfast is served means you can enjoy the hotels A+ location right in the middle of Copa every morning with your eggs and coffee.
