We had an excellent experience with Tadeu at the front desk during our stay at the Ibis Copacabana. From the moment we checked in, Tadeu was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and always greeted us with a smile. His helpfulness and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Very convenient location and very good service,the front desk lady Bianca she is best. Room is a little bit small but is good enough. Close to the beach. A lot of restaurants around. Room is very clean and quiet.just enjoy your vacation nothing to worry about.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and it was a great experience. Thadeu at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, if you need anything come find him for advice. He also speaks a little bit of Spanish. Marcos from the kitchen is a superstar, he will ensure you enjoy your breakfast. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Actually it is 3.5 Good: - area is safe - close to a Metro station (half block) - good WiFi, comfortable bed - restaurants around for meals; supermarket for drink & snacks However, it has no safe, limited numbers of thin towels, no cups (even plastic ones), and has small ants. So it is very bare bones. Breakfast has some varieties but nothing special about it.

All was fine. What was the most amazing - although the window of my room was inside the internal well of walls (facing another hotel unit in few meters), it was so quiet & peaceful, I was able to sleep without ear plugs (the most rare thing at the hotels) and this at Copacabana! Very high quality fresh & abundant breakfast, splendid location at a beautiful small street near beach & metro station
