The hotel and location is fantastic - that is the main reason we book the hotel every summer we visit Seoul. This year we booked a suit with lounge access. That was not really a great experience. Room was ok but all other times we got a room in upper floors with better views so we were quite dissatisfied to be in floor 15. We had 2 days breakfast in gold lounge and 3 in spectrum. Breakfast in lounge quite fair, with very limited food options. Why to pay more to get worse option? For sure no more gold lounge access. All the other aspects were as expected, really nice people and well service.

La estancia estuvo excelente, solamente en ocasiones se metía en el baño un olor a caño muy desagradable
