Everything is perfect! The hotel is very beautiful and the food is good also. Moreover, I would like to comment how pleased i was with service to me by Night Manager, Mr. Hieu. I have stayed at many Accor properties across the world and have found most of them pretty good and generally friendly. Hieu has by far out paced every one of them. Wonderful stay, beautiful views and lovely team with Manger Ms. Dao. The architecture of the hotel is stunning. Food is very good, especially the breakfast. Hotel provide full program of activities and excursion- a lot of them complimentary or small price.

This place is simply magical. We loved every minute of our stay and wish we’d booked 2 nights. Pool too cold to swim in which was disappointing but the room was amazing and the bed was HUGE! Bath overlooking the gardens and pool was beautiful. Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed our drinks and meal. We enjoyed wandering through the village and the cable car and hike to the Buddha was a great challenge. Just so relating and peaceful before our trip to Halong bay.
