From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we had a brilliant stay here. ALL of the staff members were very kind, organised, professional, helpful and considerate which isn't always the case at many hotels!!! Their attention to small details. was also memorable. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite: An amazing, spacious & very well presented room. We'll definitely stay here again as it was like a permeant luxury holiday for us!

The experience is very good for the price of a quick lunch at Lunch Express. The staff is very professional in advising on the quantity and taking care of customers during the meal. I ordered a portion of chicken (don't remember the specific name) and a portion of cream sauce noodles. I really like the cream sauce noodles here because it is very creamy and rich, just the way I like it. Recommend families to come here to eat because the menu is very diverse and the taste is also very delicious, the quantity is large. For the price of 99k for a meal served with ok service, the quantity is very good and in a hotel, I think it is reasonable for a light lunch.. Just to share,99 000 is for main course only, I paid extra VND 49 000 to use salad station. I didn't take pictures of other dishes for my family members but I took pictures of the chicken and noodles here to see that the quantity is very good.

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip. The breakfast and lounge food were varied with plenty of options, so there was no need to visit outside restaurants as everything could be enjoyed within the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and other facilities were also well-managed, making this the best hotel for business travelers visiting Haiphong. Don't miss the stunning view of Haiphong's cityscape from the 28th floor.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. They have opened for a few years but hotel was clean and nice, very friendly staffs. Restaurant is cozy and modern, good food and attentive waitress. If you stay in Hai Phong, I recommend choosing Mercure Hai Phong.

Quiet stay with a good executive lounge.

Stayed for 5 nights as tourists. The room was comfortable, but it lacked room for clothes storage. The bedside table did not have a drawer. It was a waste of space, it just held up a lamp. The bathroom had no storage for personal items, we used a shelf above the kettle in in the bedroom area. The hotel appears to be a business hotel catering for Asian business people (mainly Koreans based on the menu in the executive lounge). We were given a room at the end of the corridor far away from the elevator. It was quiet, our bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The bar and restaurant areas were very modern and welcoming. The evening drinks and food in the executive lounge were very good. The dishes varied every night during our stay. Pizza was included every night as was fresh fruit and dessert. We recommend this hotel if coming to the city.
