Es war für während unserer 2-wöchigen Vietnam Reise der beste Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer, die Anlage, das Spa waren besonders und einzigartig. Der Service im Restaurant könnte noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Alles war sehr sauber und dies möchten wir hier explizit betonen, da andere Accor Hotels in Vietnam nicht den gleichen Level vorweisen. Die Aktivitäten bspw Pferde reiten für Kinder waren etwas enttäuschend, da auch Preis-Leistung für europäische Verhältnisse für 2 mal hin und her laufen (reiten) nicht passt. Auch die weiteren angebotenen Aktivitäten für Kinder sind ausbaufähig. Wir werden wieder kommen. Alles Gute und beste Grüsse

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider war es zwischenzeitlich sehr laut auf dem Flur, da Personen, welche keine Gäste waren Fotoshootings veranstaltet hatten. Das Personal im Restaurant war immer sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Leider traf das nicht auf die Mitarbeiterinnen in der Lobby zu. Sie konnten keine Auskünfte über angebotene Aktivitäten (Yoga etc.) geben oder halben falsche Auskünfte gegeben.
