Room so comfy but service not that good , please arange some people can take the customer to they room cause its very difficult place iss so big. Oh and information about restaurant or activities is not tell the customer so please update again thanks.

amazing resort!! although we didn’t get to try out water activities because of the weather, the resort had many activities throughout the day eg zumba, aquatic zumba, foam pool party, cycling trails!! apartment was really spacious, mini kitchen was very well equipped and the showers were nice too shoutout to the multi-talented benny - our zumba instructor, bike trail guide, waiter etc. really loved his infectious positive and bubbly energy, which made our stay even better <3 thanks to all the staff for an amazing time!

We went for short vacation in Bintan and we stayed in Cassia Bintan. The room very clean and has kitchen inside. Kitchen completely comes with utensil that we need. Pan, knife set, plates, stove, coffee machine, etc. You can purchase the ingredient you need in lobby market

The view here is very gorgeous. The beach is very celan and they clean it every day. The weather lately is not so good but no worries because they have board games activities and ping pong. The room very clean and quite big too, and the room comes with kitchen so you can cook

We took a 2 bed garden apartment. The unit was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Well appointed, kitted out, clean and pleasant design. No issues at all. The beach is kept very clean and good sand. Quite a lot of oil accumulated on our feet but that is not the hotels fault. But that is where the good things end. Breakfast Breakfast is in Angsana - in all my frequent business and leisure travels I have NEVER experienced such a terrible offering for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Chilled section offered over ripe fruits and sweaty cheeses slices - that was it. Hot selection - rice, noodles, a few tepid poor quality chicken sausages, steamed vegetables.. The egg station - unfortunately the cook wasn't able to fry an egg. I tried tree times for easy over but just given a mess on a plate - see photo. The juice was very cheap likely made from powder or concentrate and presented with scum on the top (see photo). The pancake station - nothing freshly made here from a mix just preprepared chilled circles placed on a hot plate to warm through. Plates and crockery were generally filthy. I see past reviews have said how good the breakfast is but must have been written by staff paid reviewers. Beach bar Cocktails consist of the smallest splash of alcohol mixed with a sweet shop bought syrup. And the charge, non happy hour, is S$25 equivalent. That is similar to the charge in Spago on MBS Singapore for something fantastic. Bintang beer is only sold in cans and at again vastly overinflated price. Why not serve in bottles which is the best way to serve beer. Hotel shop No sunscreen available for purchase. To buy you have to go all the way to banyan tree shop or find a mini mart. Watersports The charges for a jet ski are beyond ridiculous and four times what we paid at another resort nearby - Lagoi bay. At Cassia one hour rental is IDR3,280,000 +21% = IDR3,970,000 whereas at Bintan Resorts Lagoi Bay the charge is total IDR1,000,000 which includes transfer from the hotel 9see photos). Call this number to book +62 8527114660. The stupid rates at cassia show while in the 4 days we were there not one person hired a jetski. Dining Dining options are very limited even with the adjacent hotels. We enjoy good food and wine so an important part of our holiday. Forget Angsana as the quality is terrible. At Banyan tree there is Saffron, Treetops and The Cove. saffron used to be fantastic in the past but now very lacklustre and bland tasting food for Thai. Treetops was the best we found during our stay. The Cove was also very poor and very overpriced - S$31 for a miniscule unappetizing ceasar salad (see photo). All charge around S$12 equivalent for a CAN of Bintang which can be bought for S$2 outside. Wine is six to eight times what we pay in Singapore at retail!! better to take your own and pay the S$30 corkage fee. In summary. We have been to Bintan many times since living in Singapore and know what to expect. It is just an overpriced resort destination easy to reach by ferry with very limited things to do/places to eat outside of the hotel grounds. I am sure the reviews written on tripadvisor for the likes of Angsana are fake and submitted by staff or paid friends. There is no way anyone in their right mind would compliment the excellent quality of the food for example. If you do go to Bintan be prepared to manage expectations!
