This was our first time here, and we were honestly shocked at how old and dated the resort looked. The rooms felt worn out, and for the price they charge, we expected much better. Even the chalets in Singapore offers better value and amenities at a fraction of the price! Food was another letdown, expensive and mediocre at best. The buffet breakfast was also very basic. We enjoyed the spa (Singapore prices) but other than the pool and beach, there was nothing much to do, made the stay incredibly boring. What was even more frustrating was that there was a pool table in one of the rooms, but it was not for paying guests rather for the staff (managers and above ) which felt ridiculous given how few activities there were. Oh ya and the kids club is a joke! The only positive thing worth mentioning was the service and cheerful smiles from Chemil, Dila and the pregnant lady at the spa, who were very polite and courteous. But overall, it’s hard to justify the prices when the resort doesn’t offer much in return. Given how much they charge in a low-cost environment, you’d expect better quality and a more enjoyable experience. Sadly, it didn’t deliver.

The hotel and location were perfect. Nothing was left to be desired. The ideal place to relax. Lots of nature. The beach is unique. 700 m of white sand, no algae. The beach looks like it's from an advertisement. The staff was professional and very polite, as is customary in Asia.

Amazing team work .

Great service in buffe. Friendly and nice staf with great Managers. I was happy to have time there . Good food specialy a green sambal . And kerupuk Very good team work with good Managers. Also the pool guy full of f smile and so so friendly . And Wonderfull lady miss Fransisca kids play room

Went during sg school holiday. Surprisingly not crowded at all. Great beach. Great service. Room is obviously aged but clean and well maintained. The scent given in the room was wonderful. Food at the banyan tree restaurants was amazing. 7 year old and 5 year old loved the kids club. The kids club is a small room which parents can stay there with the kids or leave the kids under the care for few hours. Shout out to Fransisca who was running the kids club - shes really great. Plenty of art & craft activities to be done. The only 2 areas of improvement is 1) breakfast at Lotus Cafe is so-so. If only there is an option to upgrade to Banyan Tree breakfast at Treetops. 2) suggest maybe have a games room or some facilities to chill when weather is too hot or raining.

Great stay, will be back!

Not the first time here and will keep coming back. Breakfast spread was big, alot of varieties to choose from. Service from staff just keeps getting better.
