Our stay at Bintan island was the last stop on our world trip from Tasmania, Australia. Absolutely everything about this resort was amazing! The food, the staff, the accommodation…we will never forget our stay here! We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom infinity pool villas. Absolutely worth the extra for the private pool. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you to the staff who looked after our villa, and drove us around, and to Kasir for his particularly special welcome to us. Would love to go back.

It was a very fun and exciting arrangement! The story begins with… We booked this Bintan trip VERY LAST MIN for a birthday trip. One night, I had the idea to make this trip MORE FUN! So i contacted the resort team to make a special decoration arrangement! It was so easy to communicate with the team thru live chat, email and WhatsApp! They are a bunch of energetic, passionate people in this resort! I brought the balloon deco set and passed to the front office team SECRETLY.. Apparently, all the staff noted about this surprise arrangement, all of them acted as secretive as me to ensure it WOULD BE A SURPRISE 🎊 *Good actors and actress!* 👏🎊 While we were out for our dinner, housekeeping team sneak in the room and decorated the room way out of my expectations! There were many different types of flowers scattered around the room, candles along the walkway to lead us to a big cake formed by towels. Specially thanks to LiLIK, Арі, Тоmmy, DAUS from housekeeping team who made the room so romantically beautiful! They even sang a happy bday song while we stepped into the room! Even my Parents were so impressed, not to mention the bday girl…

Such a lovely place! Exactly what you need after visiting Singapore and need to relax from the busy city! Staff is great and very welcoming! Especially Lilik and Daus who surprised us with lovely decorated towels and flowers! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

How can a resort be good at so many things .. right from the staff to the food the location .. the privacy and the Villa .. firstly I want to say the staff are extremely friendly and caring .. they cater so well to your needs .. they are so warm and smiling .. making u feel like home .. the food was delicious , well made at all 3 restaurants- Treetop , cove and saffron .. the breakfast staff at the treetop was so sweet and attentive .. they kept checking on us .. the pool staff , the spa .. again very sweet people.. the villa had a lovely view of the sea and a nice sitting area with a jacuzzi .. overall a great vacation for our family …

A beautiful relaxing hotel that is a must if you want to escape Singapore for a few days. The resort is lovely. The restaurants all serve great food and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We were here for our anniversary and returned from dinner to find our room beautifully decorated with flowers and candles. Thank you to Mulia, David and Daus
