Amazing stay at Novotel kamala beach. The location was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed A special thanks to Kathy and the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The uncrowded beach offered perfect tranquility and relaxation We were near the smart bus station and for more crowded places there were patong that was near too

Clean room with balcony. Beautiful pool area. Exercise room. This property has some magnificent views of Northern Kamala Beach. Nice rooftop bar with live music on certain nights. Has a few restaurants on site and has room service available. Only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars nearby

We stayed here for 4 nights before our catamaran charter. We picked the area due to it's relatively central location, and the Novotel for the pool units and proximity to the beach. Added bonus that it's at the end of the beach so you don't have as much foot traffic going by. We obtained some sort of GI sickness while there, on our last night (unrelated to the hotel/food). We called the front desk to ask for a doctor and they promptly called one for us who took care of us in the room. The next morning, since we'd been up all night and were supposed to check out, we asked for a late check out and they gave us a very generous check out time. They also called us late morning to ask if they could bring us anything from the breakfast buffet since they knew we weren't coming down. This thoughtfulness was the main driver for this review. Great pool and rooftop. Only ate the breakfast buffet but everything was wonderful. Concierge was helpful with our questions and with getting us a van when we asked. Only critique on the rooms - the bathroom lighting was very dim and I couldn't plug the blowdryer in anywhere where I could also see a mirror. First world problems. Honestly it was so hot outside that hair and makeup were a waste of time anyway. Bed/pillows were comfortable, robes and slippers were appreciated and loved that we could get resupply of items with the app. Thank you, Novotel Kamala Beach, for a great experience!

The beautiful hotel i’ve ever seen. The room is very very big and wonderful. Bed is very comfortable and pillows are fluffy. delicious food, kind and very well prepared staff, impeccable cleanliness. The view takes your breath away and the sunsets are wonderful here
