Very good I will recommend my friend my friend recommended to stay in this hotel as they the location very nice and they have shuttle tripes and lake trip to the beach and staff very friendly as they are always help us for everything and they were takes action very fast

This resort is amazing. It’s modern, clean, great facilities and friendly staff. All staff are welcoming. We were lucky to have fantastic service from P and Jules in reception, misty in the restaurant and our attentive housekeeper. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Phuket. Everything is exactly as they advertise.

We stayed at Cassia for 3 nights and felt a warm welcome during our stay. The customer service was brilliant! Musay, Dachi, Yuki, Su, Damo, and Ploy were friendly and always greeted our family with a good morning and looked after us during breakfast. We had a great time staying at Cassia! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Great spot to explore the bangtao area - kids loved the pool. Good access to the beach area across the lagoon and walking track. Grab dining works very well in this area for local restaurants. Rooms were cool and perfect for small families with plenty of options.
