I booked this hotel based on its listing as a five-star property. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. A true five-star experience is defined by exceptional service and attention to detail, which I did not encounter during my stay. From the interior design to the rooms, the overall impression was underwhelming. There was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, and the atmosphere felt closer to a hostel than a resort. Breakfast was disorganized and disappointing, and overall the food quality did not meet expectations. I was relieved to find nearby cafés, as dining within the hotel was not enjoyable. That said, I truly loved the area — it is beautiful, lively, and well located. Unfortunately, my issue was solely with the hotel itself, and overall I did not enjoy my stay as expected from a five-star property.

Our experience as a family was the best ever. The staff were kind, helpful and always happy especially Chaba! My wife, our children and I absolutely adored Chaba.

Excellent Stay

We had the best time, facilities were excellent. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the shot ferry ride to the beach. The staff were amazing, especially Chaba, she went above and beyond for us and made our stay the best experience. We will definitely be back. 😊

the hotel is very good location within laguna phuket near Bang Tao Beach, easy access to the beach short walk or boat shuttle, with Boat Avenue and Canal Village close by for shops and dining. Pool areas, beach access (sunbeds/shuttle), children’s play areas, fitness and nearby convenience shops are appreciated. the room is clean, modern interiors with stylish touches, plus overall well-kept buildings and grounds. the housekeeping only every couple of days or small maintenance issues like insects on balconies. the room suites and lofts with kitchenettes and balconies great for families or longer stays.
