Dear hertie18, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet expectations and that you chose to leave shortly after arrival. Please allow us to extend our sincerest apologies for the initial impression of our lobby and the room offered. On the day of your arrival, we were hosting Songkran celebrations, one of Thailand’s most vibrant cultural events, which may have contributed to a busier-than-usual atmosphere in the public areas. We understand that you had requested connecting rooms, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate this preference due to high occupancy during the holiday period. However, we did offer the opportunity to inspect the room prior to check-in, and assured you there would be no cancellation fee should you decide not to proceed with your stay. While we were unable to provide compensation for your transportation to another hotel, our team remained available and courteous throughout your time at the property, doing our best within the circumstances. We are very sorry that we did not have the opportunity to improve your impression during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with my management team for further review, and we will continue working to enhance both our service and facilities.
