the hotel is very good location within laguna phuket near Bang Tao Beach, easy access to the beach short walk or boat shuttle, with Boat Avenue and Canal Village close by for shops and dining. Pool areas, beach access (sunbeds/shuttle), children’s play areas, fitness and nearby convenience shops are appreciated. the room is clean, modern interiors with stylish touches, plus overall well-kept buildings and grounds. the housekeeping only every couple of days or small maintenance issues like insects on balconies. the room suites and lofts with kitchenettes and balconies great for families or longer stays.

The room was fantastic for us two bedrooms and two baths plus sofa area clean quiet etc. hotel is on a lagoon so you must catch boat to the beach last boat finishes at 7 so it’s taxi back to hotel after food at beach bars - do not eat at the hotel it’s rubbish and cold - get out to little Thai bars etc

The food at Vista Restaurant was very good and great value for money. Special thanks to the chef for the best Pad Thai—absolutely delicious. Thank you, Yuki, for the excellent service. The weather was very hot, and she kindly offered me a fresh coconut, which was very thoughtful. A lovely experience overall.

I stayed at Cassia Phuket and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a nice, relaxing atmosphere and is located in a quiet area, yet still convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well designed, with a small kitchenette that made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The swimming pool and common areas were well maintained, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful, making it a great place to relax. Overall, it was good value for money. I would definitely consider staying at Cassia Phuket again on my next trip to Phuket

Enjoyable B&B Experience

We stayed here for 11 nights Bed & Breakfast from late November into December. We had arranged the hotel airport pick up (c.30 mins away) to and from the hotel on arriving at Phuket airport. Arrived at the hotel just after noon and advised our room would be ready shortly but we didn't actually get access until nearer the 3pm actual check in time. Room was a one bedroom loft with upstairs space, which we only really used to store our empty suitcases. The layout downstairs was "quirky" with kitchen with fridge, hob and dining chairs, living area with TV and couch and bedroom with a second tv. The bathroom had separate shower and toilet areas. The breakfast had various options of eggs, pastries fruit, cereal and Western and Eastern hot breakfast items. Numerous coffee machines were erratic in delivery of a full cup of coffee of questionable quality. This area also serves lunch and dinner options and has a shop, although there's a supermarket within a 5 mins walk. Across from the hotel are several good restaurant options and more options available with a 10+ mins walk. Pool areas were never busy and there's regulat boats taking you the short journey to a lovely beach. Towels are replaced in the room daily along with water and room cleaning is every second day. All staff were pleasant and professional.
