We loved this place! The service was great, the hotel was very spacious, right on the beach, and there were lots of activities to do. The restaurant had a fantastic view; watching the sunset was amazing. Thank you, Khun Faii, for recommending great nearby attractions.

Outstanding Stay – Full Score Without a Doubt! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Asagna Laguna Resort in Phuket and can confidently give it a full score. The atmosphere was amazing from start to finish. The service was flawless – consistently friendly, helpful, and polite at all times. The resort is located in a quiet and peaceful area that truly allows you to disconnect and forget everyday stress. We traveled as a family of six: two grandparents, two parents, and two children, and stayed for three weeks. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Victor at the reception, who helped us with everything, both big and small. He showed genuine care and compassion when one of our children became ill and even responded to messages on his days off. Truly exceptional service – a solid 7 out of 6! The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient. A free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes and takes you to a nearby center just 5 minutes away, where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, shops, a hairdresser, and everything you might need. The breakfast buffet was magical, offering something for everyone. There are several lunch and dinner restaurants serving both Thai and European cuisine. The variety was excellent, and the food quality was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Despite staying for three weeks, we never had anything to complain about. The rooms included a minibar, free water and coffee, a coffee machine, and a kettle for tea, with regular refills of fresh fruit. The resort is very family-friendly, with many activities for both children and adults. The swimming pools, with multiple zones, were fantastic. The beach and beach bar looked like something straight out of a postcard. We are extremely grateful for our stay and truly feel we received great value for our money. We highly recommend Asagna Laguna Resort to anyone traveling to Phuket.
