We are returning guest (20 over years) staying at Dusit Thani LAGUNA hotel . Hotel hospitality have been consistently excellent and the staff is the main asset!!! Angsana spa is a must to go . Had purify touch treatment with fresh ginger scrub/ Mud wrap and Java massage. From the start at reception Alice welcome with a warm greeting and Therapist Itim make the whole experience very enjoyable with her good hands. Keep up the good work!

Today is our last day staying at Angsana hotel in Phuket. It was an amazing stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting this area. The rooms are very clean the beds are perfect. We had a poolside room. I would highly recommend this if you are a pool goer. The staff at this hotel are the friendliest people we have come across in our ventures. There are a few staff members that really stood out. Rin and Net. Also the house keeping which unfortunately I didn’t get there names. I want to say a special thank you to them.

Good resort for a quite holiday.

This is a beautiful resort with big rooms that are well equipped and mostly clean, however the bathroom could be upgraded. I found out of the 3 rooms we booked. One of the bathroom had a musty small for the whole week we stayed. Also the swimming pool floor could do with some TLC. The staff are all very friendly and go over and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Special shout out to June and Bew in the market place who very exceptionally helpful and courteous. There is not much in the way of entertainment in the evening so you need to get a cab to go anywhere as there is not much around that is walkable.

They call it "An Island within Island"- it is 100% true.Rooms were mesmerizing with great view,beach within property, boating,swimming pools,bars and restaurants inside the property.You dream about such places and feel special when it actually meets you. Though every thing was best: special mention of thanks to - Bew,Hosangiri,Ranjit,Ashish & June-all at restaurant market place.Took very nice care of the vegetarian food needs of my family.They ensured my 6 year old son gets absolute comfort food,making our trip very peaceful.We were served special masala chai, parathas,poha,puri aloo sabji,chole bature,fried rice, soups etc as per our wish and taste. Mr Hosan and Bew were always there for us to get the right pipe hot food,reserving a table ,getting any additional cutlery etc.Champion people serving guest. Bow & Cherry at the lobby- Right face for people at the start of the stay.Very professional,courteous and had a very calm influence on guest. Duong - Player helping people with fantastic ⛵ boating experiences.Great guy with helping nature and nice attitude. Micky & Tik at the Angsana Spa were special with their massages and efforts on pressure points.Great job done. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience and great service.Keep it up team.Definitely looking forward for another trip to this fabulous place & meeting this great team. I had an amazing breakfast with a view,all the staff were friendly and smiling..they took care of me especially June,Rin and ploy they got me the mango sticky rice as a gift 🥹.they anticipated my need before even i have to ask.so proactive and genuine.its my 4th time here and i always come for the breakfast just for the wartmtg of the staff here
