I didn’t want to leave this amazing hotel! The entire experience, from arrival to departure was flawless. The employees were incredibly kind and gracious, the room was incredibly comfortable and well appointed, and the location was perfect. Also, the dinner was delicious and pool was so relaxing. The team set up an alms ceremony in front of the hotel, which was amazing as well as were able to coordinate (at last minute) a private driver to take us to Kuang Si Falls. Also, the welcome beverage and snack was a great touch. We will absolutely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Homm Souvannaphoum hotel, the staff really made our stay here , as they are very attentive , friendly and make you feel so welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. All meals we had were fantastic. Breakfast has a lot of variety between continental and traditional Laos food.

We picked this hotel based on Angsana (its former name) being in the Banyan Tree group, but we quickly realized it was not the best choice in Luang Prabang. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the night market and all other points of interest. The service is hospitable, kind, efficient, and genuinely concerned about guests' wellbeing. However, the establishment needs a critical revamping to bring its standards up to the four stars it claims to be. Rooms are quite small. Bed and bathroom linens are stained and worn out, housekeeping is inconsistent, and the breakfast "spread" is a sad affair in terms of quantity and quality. The SPA services are very good and reasonably priced. Therapists are knowledgeable and professional when available.

This felt like a return in time to an earlier day. The Heritage part of this city and hotel helped us really escape on our vacation/visit. The service was lovely as well as the surroundings. We loved our tours, the night market and the delicious food.
