The most astonishing scenery of all hotels in Shanghai, receptionists made me feel very welcomed. Huge bathtubs beside windows are definitely relaxing and recommend to those who plan to visit Shanghai.

Hotel is full of luxury smell from the entrance to the room, the front desk crew is amazing by handling my requests with pre set up a birthday surprise for my girl. The view is absolutely magnificent with over look the both bund and lu Jia Zui. Will recommend my friend for sure and can’t wait for next stay at banyan tree on the bund! 💃🏼🕺

My girlfriend and I recently traveled to Shanghai and decided to live a little and stay at this beautiful hotel. We were blown away, nothing compares to it. Seriously, nothing! The room had an indoor pool from which you could oversee the bund. The pictures will give you a good idea. The breakfast was delicious, plenty and of highest quality. The whole service was impeccable, from the front desk staff to the bell boys to the waiters and the cleaning personnel. It's pricey, but absolutely worth it. We will be back.

Unforgettable Highschool graduation party!

We had the Highschool graduation party of our you youngest son at the roof deck (Tops) of the Banyantree Shanghai. There were around 100 guests celebrating and it was a great event! The roof deck has the best view in Shanghai, this combined with the good weather made a perfect fit for excellent picture taking and loads of fun. All went very well, from planning the event until we had the last guest leaving way after midnight. The food and drinks were freely coming in and especially we were impressed about the service extended to us by Jackie and Kevin, way to go guys! Looking forward to the next event at this hotel.

Aaah the Banyan Tree Resorts & Hotels always live up to expectations. Lovely hotel, with wonderful views, wonderful rooms & bathrooms. Every luxury. Great design, big rooms, huge spa baths with built in TV's in the glass wall. Loved the views up & down the river. I walked in the evenings on my own, felt perfectly safe. Unfortunately not a walkway through to the Bund, do have to get a taxi. Staff so helpful, & booked us on short notice for a couple of tours we wanted to do, so helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast buffet was class with many choices. Shanghai really is a marvellous mix of the old & new...still have so much to see & experience. The Banyan Tree hotels are the best in all... so... Go & stay there!
