Dear Mr. C., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Novotel Munich Airport. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our spacious lobby and enjoyed the atmosphere of our bar. It is always nice to know that these areas contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, we regret that your room did not fully meet your expectations. We also appreciate your comment regarding the extra bed being prepared despite you travelling alone, which made it less convenient to organize your luggage. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. Regarding our location, we understand that some guests expect to be within walking distance of the airport. While we are only a few minutes away, the airport is most conveniently reached by the public bus, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
