Dear Novotel Guest rmftej, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Munich Airport!. I am so sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. In fact, I am shocked by what happened. Please rest assured that the two persons you mention are indeed staff members of another hotel of Accor, but not running this or any other hotel of our company. I cannot understand at all why my team did not show the FC Bayern game, all of us are big fans of “our” Munich team. And in general, we show all games with the FC Bayern or the other German teams. Hopefully my apologies and explanations find your acceptance, I know we are unable to remove your recent experiences, but if there is any chance to deliver a much better experience to you during your next Munich visit feel free to contact me personally.
