I stayed for 24hours for work. The rooms are modern in a converted older building. The room itself - clean, freshly decorated- was small. Not much room round bed - esp for a couple of people and luggage. Small desk space did what it needed to. The deck and the bathroom were large comparatively! Deck got midday sun which was appreciated. The bed was comfy and the shower was powerful and hot. Reception staff were short and discourteous. Would recommend and I’d stay again.

Parking was not available when we arrived onsite. There was no mention of advanced booking for parking needed. Accor member benefits not accepted at restaurant as restaurant is not affiliated to the hotel. There is no information about this when booking. There is no service water in the room. You have to go to the lobby to access a drinking water dispenser. Staff were polite and very apologetic though.

Great hotel near the K Road and Queen Street intersection with easy access to all Auckland CBD has to offer. The room was small, but suited our needs. Good sized bathroom which was clean and did not fog up while showering, however water pressure was not as strong as I would like. No problem for us as a married couple, howeevr be cautious of glass screen bathroom doors if staying in the room with a friend, rather than partner, it lacks privicy and sound proofing. Breakfast had several different buffet options, hot and cold and was generally better than equivalent hotel included breakfasts. A bit of waiting while to get checked in, and again while they checked the room was ready, although appreciated, when in the city for under 24hrs, this time could have been spent better. I would stay here again, if we were wanting to base ourselves in this location. I did rate the cleanliness of our room. The staff we encountered at reception, in passing on our floor and breakfast were all very friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience, room wasn't ready until after 3 and were placed on a lower floor to friends we had booked with, someone tried to enter our room and 10 minutes later two strangers walked into our room expecting it to be empty. Then our access cards would not work for our room or lift, to top it off the heat pump blew cold air into the room sounding like it was draining water and the telly was broken and does not work!!! Offered 20% discount, we would have packed up and stayed somewhere else had our friends not been staying there too. Wouldn't recommend but the staff are nice

We arrived early from an international flight and were warmly greeted by Neehaal on the reception desk. His smile energy and efficiency meant that we could go straight to our room and have a sleep. The hotel was very good value and situated near some lovely restaurants and was a 20 minute walk to the harbour. The bed and shower and breakfast in the adjoining restaurant were all high quality. The hotel reception also stored our bags as we went on a city tour the next day. 10/10 service from you guys!
